About this house rental
Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath is the perfect balance of peacefulness and convenience, offering the luxury of a vacation without sacrificing the comforts of home. Both the home and community are filled with amenities for your use, including indoor pools, a full-service restaurant & bar, playgrounds, indoor/outdoor sports court, and even a private ski hill with lifts and rentals (lift fees apply)! You will also be centrally located to many of the Pocono Mountain's greatest attraction such as, Shawnee Ski Mountain and Pocono Snake & Animal Farm plus many more.
Stay Friday & Saturday night between January 24th and April 26th, 2025, get a FREE night of Thursday or Sunday added on.
*Subject to availability inquire before booking, must book both Friday & Saturday night and be staying between 1/24/25-4/26/25 to be eligible, excludes holiday weekends, applies to new bookings at the time of booking only, free night must be chosen and added on directly after booking.*
Our house features:
- Simple first-floor keyless access.
- 1st floor; expansive seating area, smart TV, pool table, Pop-A-Shot basketball arcade game, washer/dryer and bar area.
- 2nd floor; cozy seating around a built-in electric fireplace & large .Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, kitchen island with seating, dining table, 1/2 bathroom, and master suite with a private full bathroom. Master suite bathroom features his & sink, toilet, and wet room! Within the wet room is a deep soaking tub and free standing shower.
- 3rd floor; two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a glass shower.
- Partial second floor wrap-around deck with gas BBQ grill and seating.
- Easy off-street gravel driveway with parking for 4 vehicles.

Saw Creek Estates was voted the #1 gated community for vacation and full-time residents. They are known to have the finest amenities of any community in the Poconos. Amenities that cover the desires of all ages! Our home will come with 6 amenity passes. Children 5 and under do not need passes, additional amenity passes if needed.

The entire home will be all yours for the duration of your stay except for a few locked closets.
We are always available to address questions or concerns that may come up, even if you're just looking for places to eat or fun things to do. Message us on through your reservation chat or call our guest services number provided in the welcome instructions & book.
*Must submit a copy of Drivers License & requested registration information within 48 hours of booking.
*Any bookings or registration information submitted 4 or less days away from arrival will be subject to a $35 late registration fee.
*The home is located in a relaxing and peaceful community that has quiet hours from 10 PM-8AM. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as you like, but please keep music or noise to a minimum as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
*Saw Creek has a strict no fireworks policy.
