The space
Welcome to our beautiful beachfront home! This spacious rental is perfect for you, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including brand new fully appliance kitchen (smart stainless steel appliances), quartz countertops wifi, cable TV, A/C, and a fully applianced kitchen with all the tools and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. The living room boasts a large sectional sofa with ocean views and a 50 inch TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. There is also an office area with a desk and chair on the landing, overlooking the living room and dining area with floor to ceiling views of the ocean.

The property features 4 cozy bedrooms, including a queen bed with a private balcony overlooking the beach in primary bedroom 1, another queen bed with a private balcony overlooking the beach in Bedroom 2, a full size bed with a view of the ocean in Bedroom 3, and two twin beds (trundle) with ocean views on the 1st floor in Bedroom 4. Step out onto the spacious deck that overlooks the private beach and the ocean, where you can enjoy the use of beach chairs, cabanas (available for rent) and tables, as well as a picnic table that seats 10.

Our ocean front private single family home is located on over 16,000 sq ft of private land, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. You can enjoy the use of the fire pit, outdoor shower, or simply sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves. There are also 2 modern full bathrooms, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with an additional table and chairs tucked away for your use. There is parking for 2-3 cars, and a welcome pack of soap, bath towels, dishwasher pods, clothes detergent, trash bags, & toilet paper and cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. Please note that while we welcome guests of all kinds, we do not allow any animals on the premises due to a life-threatening allergy to our daughter.

NO PETS:
NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in this rental. Guest(s) shall not bring (or allow others to bring) fur-bearing animals, feather bearing animals, rodents, lizards, snakes or other non-human animals on the Premises. Adherence to this policy is a must and will remain strict and is enforced due to the life-threatening allergy of our daughter. Animal hair, fur and dander will cause her to go into ANAPHYLAXIS SHOCK.

Other things to note
Bring your own linens at no extra cost or we will provide linens for a fee

Please notify us at the time of Booking your stay, as to whether or not you will need linens.
If no request is made at the time of booking for the need for linens we will assume you will bring your own, therefore we will not provide any.
