Nestled in the charming village of Norton St Philip, just a short drive from the historic city of Bath, our gorgeous 4-bedroom house offers a tranquil escape with all the comforts of home.
The home boasts four bedrooms all with country views, including two spacious double bedrooms, a lovely twin room and a cosy single room, meaning this idyllic countryside retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings while still being within easy reach of Bath's vibrant attractions.
There are two modern bathrooms, one featuring a luxurious bathtub for a relaxing soak, while the other offers a sleek walk-in shower.
The beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living space is perfect for cosy evenings in. The fully-equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, plenty of counter space, a coffee machine and a homely dining table where you can enjoy meals together.
There is also a separate living room and elegant dining room, ideal for formal meals or casual gatherings, with a large table to comfortably seat all guests.
Step outside to find a tranquil private garden, boasting country views with a hot tub for a perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring! The garden is also enclosed so is very pet friendly, if you want to bring your furry friend along.
The home also offers dedicated parking for 2 cars outside the side entrance of the house and additional off-road parking around the corner.
Situated in the historic village of Norton St Philip, Cottage Farm offers a unique blend of rural charm and modern convenience. Explore the well-stocked village shop, local pubs, scenic walking trails, and historic sites, or take a short drive to Longleat, Frome or the stunning city of Bath, known for its Roman baths, Georgian architecture, and vibrant cultural scene.
We would also recommend a trip to the local pub, The George, dating back to the 14th Century!

Please note:
You will be contacted by our trust and safety partner Superhog via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.

• Please do not attempt to play the piano without prior permission.
