Facility was clean...well except with the issues with the parking lot - looks like the manhole sewers were clogged and the parking lot was flooded...

We stay at this hotel several times throughout each year. It is our first choice for our family of five. The suite fits us all and we like having a mini-fridge and two televisions. The towels and bedding are good quality. The workout room has been redone and is much better. I do wish, however, that there were wipes provided for cleaning the equipment after use. The front desk staff are always very good.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL! There are BEDBUGS at this hotel, they have refused to issue me a refund despite the fact that I and my guests could not sleep in the hotel due to the bedbugs. Bedbugs were crawling all over, one of my guests was bitten vicariously by bedbugs. Terrible and very terrible customer service. I have pictures and videos of what happened and these bedbugs running around. The hotel did not care! BOOK HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! A bedbug bite does a lot to your health.

There could have been a couple of bottles of water in the rooms and maybe 2 cookies or granola bars. No vending machines anywhere and Starbucks closed before our arrival.

Checkin in was great. The room was amazing. However, on the morning of checkout the hotel had no water as there was a leak in the lobby. So no shower, washing up or using the bathroom. Front desk was trying to handle the situation but it was not resolved. So I had to go to my next destination without a shower. When asked for any credit for the lack of water I was told no as I booked through this site and not directly with the Marriott.

Our room got flooded and we were not giving a room replacement the water were turned off throughout the building & washrooms was not available to use. I was on a business trip and this is highly inconvenient I just needed a place to sleep. I believe I should be fully refunded for the stay.

There were kids running up and down the hall past 10pm and no parents in site. We had no running water the next morning and I wasn't able to shower. Very frustrating stay

Hotel was fine. Hard to judge due to Covid and everything near lockdown in Canada.
Only issue was the parking lot had two big lakes in it from the rain, see the photo

More than 3 pillows for a king sized bed would be nice. Bed a bit hard too.
Loved the little lounge sofa for watching tv. Also really liked having Starbucks coffee in the morning.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were not enough towels in the room ,no ice bucket, and no hair dryer. Perhaps minimizing is due to covid, but what was disappointing was customer service. No one was ever at the front desk when we called or came down to it. I finally found the front desk staff outside talking to each other.They also could not find our reservation ,on check-in or check -out. It was very frustrating. One of the elevators was not working. Although it is a very nice hotel with lovely rooms, it is poorly managed.

Check-in was a little strange as the front desk was empty. We had to wait for someone to show up. We arrived at around 6pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be ready. Room itself was great! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Pool could use a clean. Breakfast at the Bistro was tasty!

Not what I expected from a Marriot Property. Did not appreciate at check out when I asked if a credit had been applied to my room that it was not the Marriott's problem to take it up with hotels .com were I booked I told him it is their hotel and were responsible for guest being happy and wanting to return to one of their properties.
At Check-in was told only 2 continental breakfast were included, my booking was three people and my confirmation stated 3 continental breakfast included. Was given 3 after back and forth with the clerk. Then went to our room were there was only 2 large towels and 2 face cloths. the next morning there was no one at the continental Starbucks, was told the worker did not show. so went out for breakfast and at 10 o'clock the manager called and said he had arranged for breakfast at the hotel next door. I told him that we had already had breakfast and maybe a discount could be applied to my room he said he would look into that. My daughter checked into a separate room that day and there was long hair inside the fridge and on the ice bucket. People were using there own beach style towels at the pool. with covid they should be limiting outside items. also when we booked the pool they did not ask how many were going as there was limit they should be recording how many per party would be using it. no-one checked the number at pool during the three different times over 2 days that we used it .Did not observe contact cleaning during a 2 day stay.

1- check in is at 3 pm we arrived at 2:25 , the front office was checking a couple ahead of us. So i stood in line, when my turn came , yhe gentleman (name startes with A) told me it was too early for me to check in and i have to wait till 3 pm . I stated getting the luggage then i noticed he checkwd in the group of people who came after me. When i asked him why were they allowed to check in early and i have to wait the amswer was "YOU PAID STANDARD ROOM SO YOU WAIT, THESE PEOPLE PAID FOR SUITS "
So i was humiliated! 😢
2- I asked for 2 cribs 10 days before checking in and i got a confirmation ... surprise i got 1 crib after waiting for more than 6 hours and one of babies slept on the floor. If i was told i would have brought my own crib 😥😭😭
3- talking about understaffed ... management needs to check its policy , if you are accepting 100 customers make sure you have wnough staff or else dont book
