Location was great for us. Close to Snowdon, Port Meirion and the north coast. Evening meal was great
Shower was a little temperamental, with fluctuations in temperature.
Breakfast was good but our eggs on all 3 days could have been better
4.3
Breakfast and evening meal were both excellent. We liked the fresh fruit salad at breakfast. Table service was efficient and very friendly.
4.3
Convenient tor public transport. Nearby to station, the harbour and the beach.
Excellent choice of breakfast. Easy to travel to nearby Portmeirion and The Menai Bridge is easy to get to on public transport

Perfectly located by the picturesque port, and convenient for shops, restaurants and pubs. The staff were great, and the rooms were comfy. The breakfast was great too
Nothing!

Fantastic room that was spotless. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb.
Not a problem for me but the wife prefers a soft mattress and ours was quite hard. Didn’t affect our stay.

Nice bolthole with rooms in building adjacent to their very nice restaurant where you also had breakfast. Just a stroll to town with plenty of shops cafes etc and a small harbour. Nice walk nearby, to Borth y gest 15mins.

Accommodation was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. Good location.
There was an incident with another resident who ended up on the floor outside my room making a lot of noise, mixture of alcohol and some kind of fall. Police were there and moved him eventually to his room, which was above mine and it continued being very noisy. Ambulance arrived at 2am and the noise started again for another hour. Appreciate it wasn't the fault of the accommodation, but no mention of the incident at breakfast the next morning or apology for the very disturbed night.

Stayed here before and were impressed then and we weren't disappointed this time either easy check in and a great location in the town breakfast was excellent and room very clean and staff very friendly

Perfect location , friendly breakfast staff , amazing brekkie ...

The property was cosy warm and had what you needed. Breakfast was also included in the price.
I can’t say I didn’t like the property. There was a couple of issues with noise from fellow people staying but it’s an old building so your going to hear a lot more.
4.3
Beautiful and friendly staff
We didn’t get to spend much time here as I had a fall and broke the upper part of my arm so most of my stay was in the hospital.
4.3
Great value, good location, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, great table service
No hand towels, only one shower gel and shampoo to share between 2, restaurant very expensive so eat elsewhere (could have offered a guest discount)
4.3
Very friendly staff throughout the stay, great location with parking outside (if spaces available). Finished with a delicious breakfast

We loved the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast.
The room got too hot for us at night. Also though it was clean I noticed a few small stains on the sheets and a few dark spots on the grout in the shower.
4.3
Lovely room very clean. Friendly staff.
Room a little small.
4.3
room nice, beds soft and comfy, bathroom clean and not tiny. Breakfast excellent
Walls are very thin so could hear other people using the bathroom and up and down the stairs
Kitchen was condemned so now supper. Went to hotel next door food good quality

The accommodation supplements a very popular restaurant which has around 40 covers and was fully booked on the Friday night of our stay. We had fortunately booked a table in advance and thoroughly enjoyed our meal: interesting and tasty dishes prepared and served with great care and served by attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay, with a very splendid breakfast which we ordered in advance and was served to us. The free parking at the rear of the hotel was a bonus.
The hotel is near the old port but off the main tourist track so when you first arrive, parking seems a problem. There is a public pay-and-display car park at the rear of the hotel which is not charged overnight but also there is an area immediately behind the hotel where spaces become available after 5.30 so we had no problem there.

Great rooms, location and meals. Would recommend.
Only slight problems were there was no one available for us to check in at 2.30pm - had to come back at 3pm.
Also slight problem with shower but rectified immediately.
4.3
Friendly staff, comfortable clean room.
The noise from the garden of the bar next door. Thankfully it started raining.

4.3
Nice room, staff were lovely and friendly.
The restaurant was absolutely amazing!
4.3
Clean, friendly and close to where we needed to be. Food was amazing, best part of the stay.
We liked everything, we had slight issues with the toilet handle meaning we couldn’t flush the toilet. Staff were apologetic and was rectified quickly. Unfortunately it happened again the following morning before the plumber came out. Other than this, everything was clean, comfy and the food and staff were amazing.
4.3
Convenient for my work. Easy parking!
Stairs to our room were steep and narrow.
4.3
Great team, great breakfast, nice room in a good location
It's a shame that parking is limited although free parking overnight is available.
Blackout blinds would be a good addition to the room
