First of all the bungalow looked sketchy but it was nice inside but the linens was filty and there were no extra blankets so we had no choice but to use towels to be warm. The security guard was nice and friendly. The plus of the hotel is that we all got to see the baby turtles as they were being hatched. We all helped in looking for them because they were in the wrong direction of the sea. But over all our stay was pleasant ,the staff just have to go over the linens to make sure they are clean.

We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff at Pigeon Point Heritage Park went above and beyond to accommodate us. The property was extremely comfortable. There are eating places on site open from lunch to dinner. We opted to take advantage of the full kitchen and cook most of our meals. There is air conditioning in every bedroom as well as the living room/dining room. We brought our own detergent and did laundry at the onsite laundry room. Towels, dishes, pots and pans are provided for your use on site, but toiletries are not provided. We bought our own, but just be prepared. The beach with amenities is a short walk away, and you can also access an unstaffed beach directly in front of the bungalow. We felt very safe, but there was a guard on site in case there were any issues. It was very peaceful and serene in the morning, the ocean waves were very soothing and the park itself is impeccably maintained. You can't get any closer to Pigeon Point (the best beach in Tobago) than this. The views are stunning. If you are looking for an amazing island house to stay in, then you must check this place out!

A bit disappointing. Don't let the high price make you think this is luxurious though the rooms are clean and adequate. You're renting the whole house, so there's a lot of square footage, including 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. For a big family or other group it could make financial sense. But for the same total price you could rent 3 rooms at some nice hotels in Black Rock with far more amenities and things to do. There are no cafeterias on site or even nearby for breakfast or dinner, though for lunch there is one place within fairly easy walking distance. Stock up on groceries and cook your own meals; that could help you save a bit.
Upon check-in all the windows were shut, with no AC, and the house was hot. It took over an hour for the main room to cool down. More than half the water in the master shower squirted from a leak in the shower-head fitting at an unhelpful angle, so that even taking a shower was a frustrating experience.

We wanted a few days away from the hustle and bustle of Trinidad before the start of the new school year and I had work to do. The setting is quiet, serene and the beach is directly opposite to the bungalow. The area for swimming is just a minute away, so we spent as much time as possible on the beach. There are all the necessary utilities at the bungalow, the bedrooms are air-conditioned which was a plus against mosquitoes. There was security provided overnight.
There are several eating places on the compound for lunch or dinner but for breakfast, there is an off-site restaurant close by.
There were four of us, I think that the place can comfortably house 6 persons. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.
