Estadia breve, mas que salvou minha viagem, já que fiz a reserva em cima da hora. Ótimo custo benefício!

Maravilhosa! Localização, conforto, bom atendimento, equipes do hostel e do restaurante nota mil

Localização incrível, funcionários super gentis, o quarto era no terreo, muito espaçoso e com frigobar. Camas super confortáveis, chuveiro quente, cozinha com tudo que precisar. O restaurante na entrada é ótimo também. Nas noites de sexta e sábado rolou som ao vivo no hostel, achei demais! Ah, levem toalha! Obrigada pela estadia memorável!!! Parabéns pelo trabalho de vcs!

Don't recommend

- Good location - Small fridge in the room - Locker (however you need to deposit 50 in cash for the key - I was not told it was a deposit while paying, just knew from seeing someone else getting it back)

- My card was charged twice and after more than a month I’m still trying to get a refund for the second payment, although they said it was cancelled while I was there. - In general, confusion about payment and tours, e.g. not clear about if payment needs to be in cash (got told different things by staff), and had an issue with my transfer to Rio. - There was loud music right outside of the room most of the first night. - The lack of power outlets in the room; the one that was centrally placed didn’t work.

Difícil comunicação com os funcionários. Banheiros constantemente sujos, faltou água diversas vezes. O ar só podia ser ligado durante a noite em pleno verão de 35graus. Não havia nem ventiladores. Conforto zero por um preço que não foi barato.

A localização

Foi um dos piores hostels que já fiquei, a cama é de madeira e a de baixo é muito apertada, todo mundo que se mexe no quarto todo mundo escuta O Wi-Fi não é bom e algumas tomadas não funcionam Poderia ter ventilador no quarto pra quando o ar não estivesse ligado pq de dia é quando tava mais calor Tem um banheiro que é minúsculo de tão apertado A cozinha tava sempre bagunçada (apesar que os funcionários estavam sempre limpando o hostel ainda sim parecia sujo)

Boa localização

Ótima localização, camas confortáveis, café da manhã no local pago a parte que atende bem

Ar condicionado só funciona a noite, entendo o conceito mas poderia ter ao menos um ventilador de teto, é impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia. O banheiro do meu quarto não sai água e não fui avisada. Tiveram dias onde faltou água na descarga de outros banheiros também

NÃO HOUVE RESSARCIMENTO DA XHAVE DO ARMARIO

De ir embora.

Peguei uma chave para guardar meus pertences e foi cobrado o valor de 50,00 que foi pago em pix. Fui informada que o valor seria devolvido no ato da entrega da chave, mas isso não aconteceu. Aliás já se passaram mais de 72horas e até hoje o valor pago NÃO FOI DEVOLVIDO. Já estive no hostel, duas vezes pedindo o ressarcimento, mas só sabem falar para aguardar. Estou indo embora para minha cidade e nada do dinheiro.

Bem perto do centro.

As tomadas do quarto não funcionavam, apenas 1 que tinha no banheiro. Pedimos um quarto para casal, com cama de casal e acabamos ficando em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e camas muito desconfortáveis. Inicialmente o frigobar estava funcionando perfeitamente, deixamos algumas bebidas gelando e fomos para o passeio, quando retornamos o mesmo não funcionava mais e ficou assim até o final da estadia, mesmo solicitando que verificassem. Não tínhamos toalhas disponíveis no quarto, pois era necessário o aluguel das mesmas no valor de R$30, mesmo ficando em quarto privado e não dormitório. Toda vez que saíamos do quarto, precisávamos deixar nossa chave na recepção, mesmo com todos os nossos pertences dentro do quarto. Tinha um horário específico para o ar condicionado ficar ligado (22h até 10h) e era necessário entrar em nosso quarto para ligarem. Quando chegamos cedo do passeio, não tínhamos opção de ventilador ou de ligar o próprio ar condicionado do quarto, ficando assim no calor. Devido a tudo isso, tivemos uma péssima experiência!

Pelo preço é uma boa escolha.

Gostei que tinha uma área de interação que era aberta e bastante arborizada. E também achei que os banheiros eram relativamente limpos. Sempre tinha um funcionário limpando alguma coisa.

Não achei os funcionários tão agradáveis. Na hora do check in que ocorria as 11, as 10 já tinha um funcionários argentino gritando a mim e a outras pessoas que iriam sair para a gente sair logo. Meio sem noção. Mesmo que já tivesse dado o horário, não vejo o porque para tal atitude. Achei também o quarto pequeno e as beliches muito baixas. Fiquei na cama de baixo e nem era possível sentar na minha cama. A cozinha era boa. Localização era nem perto, nem longe.

O atendimento do pessoal da recepção tanto da manhã quanto o da tarde eram simpáticos e atenciosos.

Ok era um Hostel, e geralmente não costumo esperar muito de um hostel no que diz respeito a organização e limpeza. Mas este me surpreendeu negativamente, infelizmente. Ao que prece fiquei hospedado em um quarto coletivo do staff do Hostel. Roupas sujas jogadas pra todo lado, o quarto carecia de limpeza, e sem falar do banheiro que também não era limpo.

Personnel très sympatique. Bonne situation géographique.

La Wi-Fi de mauvaise qualité. Linge de lit tâché. Matelas et oreillers moisis. Serviettes qui sentaient mauvais (propres ???). Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et les serviettes n ont jamais été changées (pour les changer, nous devions payer 30 Reals !). La climatisation n est disponible que de 22h à 10h. Nous avons dû négocier pour l avoir à 21h car nous nous couchions tôt. La réception garde la télécommande ce qui fait qu il faut demander à chaque fois que nous voulons changer la température. Chambre située juste en face du bar donc très bruyante. Cafards.

Great place to stay for a few nights

Great location, comfortable dorm bed, has 2 small kitchens you can use and a restaurant - the Argentinian empanadas were absolutely delicious.

kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, showers kinda dirty but we just wore flip flops, the bathroom near us had to sit on it sideways as the door is so close to your knees lol. We think many people come here for a holiday to escape other parts of Brazil, everyone we met here and in our room were form Brazil, meaning they were partying every night and waking us up when they came in, but for a dorm I guess it’s normal to experience this

Great hostel to stay ilha grande but not quiet

Good price. Private Room is good. Nice forest view. Location is convenient 5 minutes walk to the jetty 1 minute from shops. Kitchen to use with fridge, pots, boiler … They have Lonely Planet.

Loud music almost everyday until midnight from the bar. Mosqitoes.

No where to dry your bikinis

I saw 1-2 staff working very hard every morning to do cleaning. They washed the bins from the toilet inside out. Also every corner of the public area. The bathrooms were normally very clean. Shower very strong. I had a live band playing next to me while I was taking a shower.

Everyone spoke German. Aircon inside the bedroom was not on until very late. Very hot. When a lot of backpackers, there were backpacks and stuff all over the floor inside the bedroom. Obviously not enough storage for guests. There was only a small rack for drying wet clothes. How can they expect an island with so many beaches guests don't have any swimming wear and towels to dry? No where to even dry my tiny little bikinis.

Decent stay but wouldn’t stay again.

It was in a good location! Hammocks were nice for chilling! Staff were helpful!

It’s very loud. It wasn’t even as if we wanted to go to sleep early but it’s just that in the dorms you can hear everything going on in all of the common areas of the hostel. It was loud until the early hours and then again early in the morning so it was tough to get any sleep.

I had a food poisoning on the day of my check-put. I spent the day lying on the sofa in the common area. Rooms were clean. the kitchen had all the basic stuff. big lockers

they put ac on at 10pm so the floor in the rooms doesn't dry before that
