The beds were uncomfortable, although this is normal for westerners in Japanese beds. Bring a pillow or get a western-style if this is a dealbreaker. The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. The location is fantastic, very close to Hasunuma Station, the entrance is 15-20 feet from a 7-11 and there are plenty of restaurants and such around. Kamata Station is a short walk away, loaded with everything you need, and largely devoid of the loud, tourist-y nonsense you'll find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

it was more spacious than many of the properties in this price point. The pillows were laughable and the air conditioner remote was difficult to navigate, but all else was really good once we figured out we had to check in/out .5 miles away.

Not allowed to take out garbage yourself. Did. It smell good. Floor was filthy and had to wash it myself. Dirty towel on the window. Garbage in the drawers from last guest. Check in and check out in a different building 8 min walk away. Overall, will not stay there again.

Just awful place for staying. It’s is cheap, but it is not worth to stay there, and reasons are 1) there was a spider on the pillow. I gave up to stay there when I noticed that. 2) Too dusty and really hard to breath. 3) Awful customer service. They never pick up the phone, and even though you send a message to them, they will reply back more than a day. It is cheap, and it costed about $50, but even if the staying fee costs only $5 (that is impossible), I would still refuse to stay.

Quiet environment. Need 15 minutes walk to the JR station but it’s acceptable.

Had a little trouble finding it but that was only because we were too focused on following google and not looking around other than that it was great for what we used it for just needed a place to hold our stuff and sleep in between exploits
