Just 1.5 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and a quick 15-minute drive to Park City's renowned ski resorts and Historic Main Street, this property offers easy access to adventure. Nearby Heber City and Midway add even more dining, shopping, and activities. In summer, enjoy Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir, less than a mile away, for boating, swimming, and picnicking. Perfect for every season!
This spacious 2,310 square-foot property combines modern luxury with mountain charm, offering 4 bedrooms (all with en suites) and 4.5 bathrooms - a comfortable retreat for up to 16 guests.
Enter through the front door into the main level living area, where you'll be greeted by stunning hardwood floors and expansive mountain views.
Living Room:
The living room exudes a mountain contemporary ambiance with stylish furnishings. Relax on the plush sectional sofa by the cozy gas fireplace while enjoying a movie on the 65” Sony Smart TV equipped with a Sonos soundbar. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and showcase breathtaking mountain views, making this space perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring sleek granite countertops, a center island with bar seating for five, and the high-end stainless-steel Viking appliances – everything you need for your homemade creations.
Dining Area:
The adjacent dining area features a beautiful wood table with seating for up to nine diners. Flooded with natural light and offering impressive mountain views, this space is ideal for family meals and gatherings. From the dining area, you can access the deck, which is equipped with patio seating and a natural gas BBQ, and of course, the fresh mountain air.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): This spacious retreat features a king bed, a 50” Sony Smart TV, and multiple windows offering stunning mountain views. The en suite bathroom includes a granite counter dual-sink vanity and a tile/glass shower.
Master Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Offers a king bed and a twin bed, a 55” Sony Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Master Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Includes a queen bed and a twin bed, a 55” Sony Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a granite counter vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Family/Bunk Room (Lower Level): Perfect for kids or young adults, this room features a queen bed, full over full bunk beds, and a private bathroom. It also includes a queen sofa sleeper, bean bags, an arcade game, a gas fireplace, and a 65” Sony Smart TV. The sliding door leads to the deck with Adirondack seating and steps down to the private hot tub with mountain views.
Additional Bathroom: A convenient half bath is located in the hallway near the kitchen.
Outdoor Spaces
The main deck off the dining room offers comfortable patio chairs and breathtaking mountain views, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The lower level deck features Adirondack seating and provides access to the private hot tub, where you can unwind after a day of adventure while soaking in the serene mountain scenery.
Electronics: The property is equipped with Sony Smart TVs throughout, ensuring ample entertainment options for all guests.

Unit Occupants are not allowed to park on the streets at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
Air Conditioning: The townhouse features central air conditioning to keep guests comfortable during the warmer months.
Private Hot Tub: Enjoy the private hot tub located on the lower-level deck, a perfect spot to relax and take in the mountain views.
