Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, elevator, and all amenities available at Cinnamon Shore South and North!
If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with a door code before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy access to the house.
Located in the heart of the gorgeous and nationally recognized Cinnamon Shore development in Port Aransas on Mustang island. The development is home to many multi-million dollar homes several of which have been recognized by the Southern Living magazine.
Walking around and golf carts are the way to get around once you arrive. There are plenty of businesses including Cinnamon Shore that rent out golf carts so that you can get to and from any place on the island.
We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM
2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) including on balconies ($350 fine)
3) No loud noises after 10 PM
4) No events or parties.
5) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $200. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $250. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
7) Minimum age requirement is 25
8) If you do not check out on time (10AM) you will be charged an additional night
9) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
