About this villa rental
The inspiration for the newly completed Botanist apartment is a (fictional) botanist who lives in a compact home that reflects his love for nature. He studies the world of plants, reflects upon organic phenomena, and lives in harmony with the elements.
A studio apartment in the center of Gustavia, the luxury rental property is walking distance from the city’s best restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and nightlife, as well as Shell Beach. Is part of the Lacour family estate, which comprises several uniquely designed suites and apartments around a tropical garden.
The feeling is very cozy, traditional, and enveloping. Botanist invites you to relax and forget about the world outside. The materials celebrate the natural world: old wood, wicker, velvet, linen, plenty of botanical artwork, checkered tile floors, and antique carpets. The botanist of the owners’ dreams, it should be said, also has excellent taste.
Along with views of and access to the shared tropical garden, the studio has a European king size colonial bed, frame TV with Apple TV and Netflix, built-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with rain head shower, and dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire space is air conditioned. There is also a private garden sitting area and outdoor shower.
