Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The accommodation is 1,6 km from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.

We stayed here July 2024 and it was PERFECTION! The location has to be the best in all of Venice. The views are enough to keep you in the apartment all day as you look out over the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Just breathtaking. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, air conditioned, and perfect for the 4 of us. The building was easy to find and access from the vaporetto stop... you will have to pull your luggage along the cobblestones to reach the door which the family found "exciting." The building is quiet and there is an elevator in which to put the luggage which I found "exciting." When we return to Venice we will definitely want to stay here again!

This is false advertising and VRBO should investigate. Upon arrival in beginning of July heat, there was no air conditioning on, no lights and all the curtains were closed in the apartment. Walking into the building there was a smell of mold. The air conditioning would not turn on and after communication with the rental company they sent maintenance to turn on. There are only two air conditioning units in the apartment. One on the hallway and one in the living room. The apartment never cooled and we left after one night as we couldn’t stay there any longer. In addition to the other issues, the bathrooms are not updated and uncomfortable. The beds and bedrooms are very uncomfortable. We traveled across Italy and this was the only bad experience we had. Would not recommend unless location is most important as it was right next to the Rialto bridge.

AMAZING spot right off the Rialto Bridge... We were able to watch EVERYTHING... right from our windows. AMAZING place to stay, right in the center of everything...AMAZING management to work with. I cannot say enough about this place. When I go back I WILL STAY here again.... We found this easy to find, and water taxi was not even 50 feet from the doorstep

Family of 5 stayed there and we absolutely loved it. The location and view is unmatched. I can’t tell you how many pictures we must have been in as people passing by in boats and standing on the Rialto Bridge were aiming them our way. Thank you!

Overlooks the Rialto Bridge and the activity nearby. Bedrooms located near the back for quiet sleep time. Loved sitting by the windows and watching the sunset. The washer and dryer came in handy. Elevator to the top floor for suitcases was convenient. Great place. Central location to see all of Venice.

If you are looking for a memorable rental in Venice, this is hard to beat. The location is right on the Grand Canal, with views of the Rialto Bridge and all of the boat and pedestrian activity down below. The apartment rooms are large and high-ceilinged; you have plenty of room to spread out. We did have trouble with the air conditioner (and Venice in July is hot!), but the property management company was very responsive.

This place was an absolute dream! Incredible location right on the Grand Canal just a stones throw away from the Rialto Bridge. Gorgeous views and absolutely lovely & cozy interior space. The property managers were very kind and communicative- they checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. If we ever return to Venice (which hopefully we will) we will absolutely stay here again!

Without a doubt, the location and view are truely memorable. A magical walk to every place about Venice, from one central location... and the Rialto view is unforgettable. Some additional 'personal' touches would not go astray (to make a guest feel extra welcome, including personal tips and visitor information), but the listing was exactly as expected.

…Amazing location with the Rialto bridge practically on the window. Nearby everything needed including colorful Rialto market.
Property manager checked on all as well.
Highly recommended!

This flat is in a fabulous location and the views from the windows of the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge are unmatched. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Had some initial difficulties reaching the rental company, but once I got ahold of them for an issue with the air conditioning and washing machine, they were incredibly reponsive. Have recommended this property to friends.

We felt incredibly lucky to have booked this apartment last minute for our stay. The location and view was amazing and the apartment worked well for us. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place if we had booked months in advance.
