Live in a 2200 sq ft 4 br home nestled in the hills, above flat city land, with mature trees and a 1/2 acre flat lot. Peace and tranquility among birds and few humans, yet close to everything. Plenty parking, fireplace, privacy and safety.
Close to 5 and 210 freeways and Burbank airport. Hollywood and downtown LA 15 and 20 miles. Close to North ridge and the valley

This home is in a million dollar neighborhood with views etc, its safe and secure with a modern fence, plenty of parking in driveway and on the street. Can use private entrance in the backyard.
You will stay in a private locking bedroom, and shared common areas. There are 6 steps down to front door and to a open flat house plan. The bed room has views of the garden and trees. Living area has TV and window views. It has fully stocked kitchen, and updated bathrooms.
