We had a lovely stay at this very cosy well appointed cottage - managed by Lyndsey.
She helped us coordinate before arrival to book taxis from station.
The cottage overall was very tastefully decorated- every little detail was taken care off. Kitchen had all teh items one needed, we did have 1 dinner at home and found the instructions around very easy to follow. The room were cosy with very comfy beds. It was a bit HOT when we went - but there were fans in each room, so all good.
The cottage had a nice back garden- that further opened onto a private paying field - which was a nice bonus.
Overall. It was just PERFECT for our family reunion with my 70+ yr old parents and my younger brother & wife visiting from Asia. We had absolutely a great time here.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Everything you could ask for plus extra little touches within the property. Property owners were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, making us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information about the village. Would highly recommend and would love to go back in the future.

We chose this cottage for its location, being dog friendly with an enclosed garden and having more than one bedroom and bathroom and having off street parking. However our expectations were exceeded as this was a spotless, well maintained and delightful cottage. The mattresses were very comfortable which is so important. The owner gave me a list of condiments that are supplied thus saving doubling up and kept in touch in case we needed anything. The icing on the cake was an electric car charger so we charged up the night before and got home without stopping. It’s location was so central that you were into the centre of the village in 2-3 minutes gentle walking and we loved the extra touches in the cottage - box of chocs and milk which were greatly appreciated. This cottage tops all other places we have stayed at and we hope to return again.

This is our 3rd stay in this lovely cottage. It always feels like home and has everything you need. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the river, pubs, cafes & shops. Communication with the owners is always great and they keep the property very clean and well maintained.

Lovely Property
This is a lovely clean cottage, probably the cleanest property I have stayed in ! It’s well equipped and has all you need for your stay including the essential condiments which you don’t get in other properties. The house is comfortable and everything is in good working order. There are shops within walking distance, walks on your doorstep and in the surrounding area, and many places to visit. Good communication from the owners. Recommend staying here. Shame we didn’t get to use the wood burner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Cottage. It was in a perfect location to make the most of Bourton and the local area. Ticked all the boxes for our family holiday and we can’t wait to go back.

Truly scrumptious
A phenomenal quaint, well stocked and tastefully decorated home. As a family of three generations we had a brilliant week. The location is great to explore the area whilst the property is also cozy for the wet afternoons where you just want to read a book in front of the log fire. Pre-arrival details were excellent. I cannot rate Lynsey highly enough.

Beautiful!
This lovely cottage was booked so we could explore Bourton on the Water. It was one of the most prettiest cottages we have stayed in (as is the village), and would highly recommend it. Lynsey was super to deal with and very helpful - a big 'Thank you' from Debi, Lesley and Amanda.

Lynsey was the perfect host - excellent communication and the little touches, like flowers and chocolates, that make a stay extra special. We will definitely be back at some point.

Excellent holiday cottage
We had a really lovely holiday in Spring Cottage. Communication with the property owners was excellent and we received an email with very detailed checking in information, directions to the property, and a list of everything that is supplied there so we knew exactly what we needed to take. It’s a very well maintained, exceptionally clean, comfortable property in a great location, just 6 minute walk to Bourton-on-the-Water High Street. We didn’t need to use the car at all during our stay as it’s only a short walk to bakery/Londis in the High Street or 10 minute walk to the Co Op Supermarket.

Fantastic stay in The Cotswolds
We had a 10 day holiday with my wife and 20 month old daughter. The house has everything you could possibly need, and the location is perfect. We hardly drove anywhere with a great pub across the road for takeaway food and drinks, and the village centre only 5 minutes walk. The little playground at the back of the house was excellent, our daughter loved it.
Lynsey was great answering any questions leading up to our arrival, and during our stay.
We were sad to leave.

Perfect cottage retreat in a great location
Perfectly situation just on the outside of the busy but beautiful village of Bourton, the cottage was excellent. Well decorated and really well laid out, comfortable bed, sheets and towels. For the children there is a secret garden gate which backs on to a playground and a larger field. Very cozy dining terrace and all amenities in the cottage were great standard. Perfect!

A fantastic base for a holiday
This cottage was everything we wanted and so much more. The information email before arrival had lots of useful info and listed many of the items included at the cottage which saved us having to pack more then needed. The 2 pint of milk and tea, coffee and sugar were very welcome after a long drive. The chocolate and fresh flowers were lovely touches. The place was spotless and you would never know that dogs often stay too.
The town was a short walk away and easy drives to other beautiful places to visit.
We had a perfect Mother (87) and daughters (66 & 55) relaxing break away together.
Only slight disappointment was that mum couldn’t manage the stairs to the loft room with the en-suite but my sister had that and mum had the double with me in the singles.
Wish the weather had been better to enjoy the garden more but maybe next time.
Thank you

Look no further, you should just stay here
The pictures do not do the property justice. The whole house is lovely, very well maintained and spacious inside. We didn’t realise how big the lounge/dining:/kitchen area was until we arrived.
You are a short walk from the town and an easy drive from many others small villages in the Cotswolds. We will definitely be staying again!

Spring cottage is even prettier than the pictures. The attention to detail is noticable and everything is very clean. Lynsey is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely go back if we are ever again in the area.

Beautiful cottage and perfect location to visit the Cotswolds
Everything in the cottages was perfectly ok. Everything of which you can think, is available. Our daughter also loved the playing field which was just reachable via a door in the garden, so perfectly safe as well. And on top of this, it is a perfect location to visit the Cotswolds.

Lovely stay at Spring Cottage
Beautiful cottage and garden. A comfy stay. Our daughter loved having a park at the bottom of the garden. Quick walk into the village. A pub across the road which is always a bonus! Great location to explore the Cotswolds.

An immaculately clean, comfortable, cozy home with a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Good restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in Spring Cottage for two weeks and loved every minute of it. Thanks Lynsey and Darren for all your efforts to make our stay comfortable.

A little piece of pradise in the Cotswolds
Spring cottage is a lovely house to stay in . Immaculate , clean and in a great location . Bourton is such a beautiful village and lots to see and do on your doorstep . This is our second visit to Bourton and our second stay in one of Lynsey’s cottages , we stayed in jasmine cottage last year but came with our dog this year so stayed in spring cottage , Sky loved the huge garden and field that leads directly out from the back gate . Its home from home and everything you can think of is in the cottage ! Very cosy and homely . If you want to visit the Cotswolds I would urge you to stay in Bourton and in one of the two cottages Lynsey has . You will not be disappointed

A RELAXING LITTLE HIDEAWAY
A lovely cottage with all the facilities required. Well looked after with all of the little essentials required to spend some time doing nothing if that's what you are looking for.
Which is exactly what we wanted. The extras such as fresh flowers and chocolates show that the owners put that little extra in to ensure satisfaction.
A great week for us.
