With 4,000 square feet of living space, Zen Exuma comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, ensuring everyone has space to relax. The villa features six beautifully designed bedrooms spread across two levels. Four luxurious king-sized bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms for added privacy, while the fifth bedroom features a queen bed and its own en-suite. The sixth bedroom is perfect for kids, offering cozy bunk beds (twin over double) and an attached bathroom. The second-floor living area includes a plush queen sofa bed, ample seating, and a TV for chill-out time.
The unique layout of the villa includes two separate wings that showcase stunning ocean views through glass sliding doors. Each wing boasts open-concept living and dining areas, complemented by gourmet kitchens furnished with top-of-the-line appliances such as dishwashers, LG large refrigerators, 5-burner cook-tops, microwaves, and Nespresso machines.
