This serene 1-acre retreat is situated in a quiet cove with no through-road traffic, offering unparalleled privacy and directly on the lake. This spacious tri-level home comfortably sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy wood-paneled living room with a gas fireplace, and smart TVs throughout. The home is perfect for every season, featuring multiple decks with lake and mountain views, an outdoor dining area with a charcoal BBQ, and a large screened-in porch—affectionately known as the "Tree House."
The top level includes the primary king suite with a private bathroom, rain shower, dual sinks, and a private deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and half bath, and another with a double bed, share a full bathroom. The lower level boasts a queen bedroom, seating area, gas fireplace, and access to the outdoor patio. A pool table room and washer/dryer are also located here, providing plenty of entertainment options.
The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and fun. Swim off the dock or lounge on the upper deck, complete with seating and an umbrella. For water adventures, 6 kayaks and 1 paddle-board are available to rent for $100 per stay. Additionally, a golf cart can be rented for $100 per stay to shuttle your gear down to the lake. Golf carts are not allowed off the property.
Fire Pit - The fenced backyard features a large fire pit with seating for 10 and a charming gazebo with fans—perfect for enjoying the peaceful lake atmosphere.
