No stairs or hassle just a spacious bottom floor fully equipped Oasis for gameday, university visits, or a peaceful visit to Auburn. Situated near the AU Performing Arts Center, Museum, stadium & restaurants. The open condo floor plan & spacious bedrooms each have their own private BA. A fully equipped unit offering everything you need for your group!
Ground floor unit-x1 King BR/x2 Queen BR's/x1 Room with 2 Twin beds/X1 Sleeper Sofa-New 75 Inch Smart TV-Fully Stocked Kitchen and a 3 burner BBQ Grill on the back porch! Each room has it's own desk with a studio make-up mirror and chair.
Entire unit and complex amenities including pool, Volleyball and basketball courts.

Quiet and well-kept condo complex. Mostly college rental mixed in with gameday units.
