Large office space with two desk stations and 2 seater lounge
Bathroom with shower and toilet that leads out too pool and entertaining space
Open plan kitchen, dining and living overlooking the pool and outdoor seating area
Walk in pantry with toaster, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and plenty of space to store food
Laundry with large washing machine and dryer.
Outside has space to sit by the pool, enjoy a plater & chat
Space for outside dining with seating up to 8 people
To the back of the property there is a small basketball court & grassed area
Access to enclosed single garage
Upstairs:
Second lounge room with comfortable seating for 8, a great space for kids to chill
Master suite, Queen bed, WIRobe, ceiling fans ensuite with shower & toilet

There is ducted heating and cooling throughout all rooms to the home.

If your all about getting out and about exploring the Fleurieu this home is located just 200m from Boomer Beach, a short stroll through Eatts Place to the glorious, clean, sandy surf beach along with being just 1.5km from the bustling main street where you will find great variety of cafes and restaurants and the FAMIOUS PORT ELLIOT BAKERY.
Victor Harbor is located just a 5 minute drive away too, another hot tourist destination offering many more dining and entertainment options. Enjoy the walking trail of Granite Island or climb the Bluff, visit the whale centre, or play mini golf at Dunes Mini Golf by the horse drawn tram.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
