This beautiful home is newly built in 2021 and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and and "bonus room" on top of the garage. If you demand luxury, privacy and easy access to everything Ogunquit has to offer - this is the perfect home for you!
Nestled in a quiet, wooded environment off of Berwick Road you will find 5 Maple Street - complete with new furnishings, bedding, decor and fixtures. The open-concept floor plan allows for a full eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a center island with bar-stool seating.
The living space offers a plentiful amount of seating for the whole family - plus 3 brand new smart TVs! All bathrooms are beautifully decorated with new tile and vanities.
The sleeping arrangements will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, making this the perfect homebase for your family vacation to Ogunquit. On the first floor, you will find a master bedroom, half bath, and attached two car garage. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, laundry room, a loft area and a "bonus room" above the garage with a queen pull-out couch and daybed.
Walk through the sliding doors onto the patio, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the spacious back yard with a plentiful amount of wildlife.
