Please provide a cutting board and knives that aren't so dull as to be nearly identical to butter knives.

Would definitely recommend this flat. Great for families and/or couples. The cleaning staff was wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed. The flat is walking distance to everything you need and the 24 gas/grocery is just down the road for quick pick ups/necessities. The beds weren't the most confortable but they also didn't keep us from losing sleep. Could use a new coat of paint throughout and there is some wear and tear throughout but that's to be expected. It certainly didn't effect our time there. Overall it was great and worked well with our family. Looking forward to our next stay!

after the fifth day , we noticed a mouse that would pop out from under the refirgirator , moves very fast then goes back to where it came from . then for the next 11 days i kept complaining about the mouse . however they kept sending me an incompetent person who kept changing the trap location from under the frig, to washing machine to under the sink. with no results , i think the mouse was smart , that wouldn't even come close to the mouse traps.

I called an hour before arriving and was notified that they were overbooked and I was told to go to a different apartment. The staff was great about the situation, except nothing could be solved since it was the weekend. We walked into the reassigned apartment and it was nothing close to what we had booked. It was disappointment from the start with no one to talk to. We stayed their overnight so that we could take care of the situation in the morning. The lady that we talked to in the morning was helpful and apologetic. She promised a complete refund and let us go somewhere else for the remainder of our stay.

We were only in Glasgow for 2 days. Apartment was a bit worn, but met all our needs. Enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen equipped although we only used microwave and frig minimally. Did use the washer/dryer but wasn't terrifically user friendly for person not familiar with European style (icons only with no instructions to be found). Big TV (only in living room, none in bedrooms) allowed using our personal Netflix account ... nice high ceilings, sufficient furniture, although a bit worn and soiled, still had "charm". No one around for checkout nor if there were a problem. But there were no issues. All in all we appreciated the space and the location was ok for the 2 days. Price seems normal

The apartment we reserved became unavailable, so we were moved - possibly upgraded - to another unit. The accommodations were spacious, convenient, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the management company did not inform us of the change in unit, which we discovered when we called for check-in an hour before arrival. Already on the road, it was difficult for us to locate the new address.

Excellently equipped apartment only 10 min walk from main shopping areas and theatres.

The apartment on Lynedoch Crescent exceeded expectations. It was conveniently located, within walking distance of shopping, downtown and Glasgow University. The apartment was very spacious, allowing individual space for all of us.
