Located in the heart of the Hocking Hills, Summit Point is the ultimate relaxed, serene setting perfect for honeymooners, small families or just a couple’s getaway. This cozy cabin is a spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin structure, nestled on 18-private heavily wooded, yet scenic, acres with incredible rock formations sprinkled throughout. With approx. 1,450 sq. ft. of well-appointed living space and approx. 1,000 sq. ft. of exterior covered decking and patio for outdoor entertainment, this cabin surely does not disappoint. After a long day of exploring everything that the beautiful Hocking Hills has to offer, no matter the weather, peace and relaxation are waiting for you. **Our Summit Point cabin is remotely located. Although most cars should have no problem during most of the year, during winter months and/or inclement weather 4WD is STRONGLY recommended.**

Things to note:
- Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent Summit Point.
- Renter must provide a valid driver’s license copy that includes date of birth.
- Renter must agree to review and sign Rental Agreement (see attachment at end of booking process). Agreement will again be emailed to Renter after booking is accepted for electronic signature.
- Renter agrees to provide refundable $500 security deposit in the form of a "Pre-Authorization Hold" to Renter's credit card on file. Hold will be processed against Renter's credit card on file 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in.
- As the responsible member of your group, Renter will be responsible for anything that occurs during the stay. Renter must be present at Check-in and throughout the duration of the rental period.
- Rates vary on time of year - All reservations have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

Very nice place exactly as advertised. Extremely clean from top to bottom inside and out. Well-appointed and very comfortable. Secluded, wooded setting a bit off the beaten path. Only negatives were the check-in (4:30 pm) and checkout times (10:30 am) - too late and too early respectively. Firewood on premises was offered for $69 for our 2 day stay. Found it much cheaper elsewhere locally. All in all we had great stay with 4 adults and would definitely recommend.

The cabin is just like the pictures, very nice and clean. It was very quiet and not far from stores, restaurants and hiking. We enjoyed our few days there

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Summit Point in the Hocking Hills. A lovely cabin, nicely furnished, clean, in a beautiful and secluded setting. Bonuses were the hot tub, campfire ring, and pool table downstairs. Great customer service and communications. Close to parks, hiking trails, lakes for fishing, shopping, and more. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a relaxing 3 days in the beautiful Summit cabin. Comfy bed, lovely fire, and amazing birdsong. Feels like the middle of nowhere but less than 20 min to Logan and the major hiking attractions.

Everything was so relaxing, from the hot tub to just sitting on the back deck. We watched the squirrels in the trees and a fox in the field. We hiked and had a great time.

The cabin is more beautiful in person, than seen online. The property management was very kind , helpful, timely and professional. They made sure I had all the information I needed before the start of my visit. The check- in process was super easy. We rent cabins several times a year and I assure you that it is not always this simple! The cabin was spotlessly clean, very cozy and beautifully built . I will be visiting this cabin again as well as using this same property management team.

This is exactly what we wanted. The cabin was clean and centrally located to all the hiking attractions we wanted. Hiking during the day and hot tub and campfires in the evenings with food cooked right there at the cabin! Ideal vacation!

Great cabin in the woods. Very secluded and had everything we needed. Perfect location as well. 15 minutes to Logan and 20 minutes to Hocking Hills. Will recommend and would stay again.

Overall, it was very clean and very pleasant to stay there. Had no issues with the wifi, AC, or cleanliness of the property. The property doesn’t require anything too intense before you leave, which is always nice. If I had to make one complaint, it was that it wasn’t clear to me from the listing that the master bedroom wasn’t fully enclosed. There’s only a partial wall that separates it from the family room, which is just odd to me, especially for the master. Overall though, would definitely stay there again.

Our first trip to Hocking Hills, the cabin we stayed at was called "Summit Point" and it was nestled on a hillside, surrounded by trees. Great location. The last evening we set on the back porch listening to birds chirping, then an owl, just a few trees away chimed in. Very cool!

This cabin was incredible. Clean and organized with a cozy feel. The hot tub was incredible and clean the view was perfect and serene . We even lost power for most of our stay but thankfully they had a generator that ran everything so our trip didn’t skip a beat. The full sized kitchen was such a plus with organized and clean cups plates and silverware we could use. Will definayely stay again!

Property was very nice, well equipped. In late Fall, the lower level is very chilly, we needed a space heater - which we bought - for the bedroom. Might be a good addition for the colder months.

Overall, had a good experience with the cabin. The cabin itself suited my wife and I well. We had an issue of getting the code for the cabin after the 430 check in time. We enjoyed our time at the cabin. My biggest gripe with the whole process is the $100 "cleaning" fee. You're asked to wipe down the countertops and sweep the floors and take the garbage out. I feel like that's a VERY high fee for not having to do too much else. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay though.
