Also located right next to a town favourite, Savary Island Pie Company. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, private balcony, along with a queen size bed and pull out couch.

The Fred Tibbs Waterfront Condos is located in the heart of Tofino looking over First Street Dock, where guests have access to a Kayak launch, picnic area and dock. This amazing property features beautiful views of the Ocean Inlet harbour and surrounding mountain range.
ACCESS
Guest access is by keypad entry, with access to entire apartment. There are two entrances; The ground floor parking entrance a ramp from the parking lot to the door and if coming from the upper parking lot, there is a larger set of stairs. You will have access to the shared laundry room as well.
PARKING
Your designated parking spot is #12. There is one designated parking spot for the condo. It may be too tight for a large truck and camper.
The condo is self check in and set up for your independent stay. If you have any questions, Blue Crush is available during business hours. We encourage you to check the Welcome Guide first.
- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead. You can see on the calendar before booking if your reservation creates a one night gap.
- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
- 3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season
- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
