• 2 Kid-Friendly Rooms: Vaulted rooms with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds each, stocked with games and toys.
• Additional Sleeping Options: 1 Bunk Bed (in upper level).

• 7 Full Bathrooms with walk in showers.
• Hair dryers, towels, shampoo, body wash, (guests replenish as needed).
• Two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom provided (guests replenish as needed).

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available with ample parking for 6 cars. There are no winding roads leading to the cabin.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? The cabin is suitable for large groups and families and has space for every one. However, please note we do not have baby-proofing measures like baby gates. We do supply pack n’ play and high chair.
✹ Pet Policy: ✔ 2 pets maximum. $250 per stay per pet.

Check-In/Out:
* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM

No Parties/Events: Strict no-party policy. Guests who violate will be asked to leave immediately.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind included but not limited to vaping, e-cigarettes, and weed are strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property. The cabin is equipped with smoke monitoring devices, and guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave immediately and charged a cleaning fee based on the extent of damage(>1000$).

No Extra Guests: Maximum capacity is 24 guests. Exceeding capacity on the booking will incur a $75 per person/night fee or 10% of the nightly rate which is ever is higher.

Hot Tub Safety Notice:

Please use the hot tub responsibly, as the hosts are not responsible for any accidents.

For your safety:
- Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol.
- If you have any medical conditions that could increase risk, please consult with your doctor before use.
- Kids must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not allowed in the hot-tub.
- Thank you for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience!

Wildlife Warning: The cabin is located in the mountains, so expect wildlife (bears, raccoons, insects). Do not leave food or trash outside. Bug sprays are recommended.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds for weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

Limited Provisions: A starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, snacks) is provided. Guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies if needed.

Safety : No unauthorized fires (including candles), No smoking inside the cabin, No parties

Cleaning : We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only before and after your stay.

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-trained dogs (up to 2).
* Pet fee: $250/pet
* Must be potty-trained and at least 2 years old.
* Weight limit: 35 lbs.
* No aggressive breeds (pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.).
* Dogs must never be left alone in the cabin with out the guest being present and should be crated when left unattended in another floor.
* Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 fine/pet.

Liability : By booking and staying at Kettle Korner, you agree that the hosts are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents, including slips and falls, that may occur on the property. Guests are fully responsible for their safety and that of all party members, including children, and are expected to supervise and exercise caution in all areas. By confirming your booking, you release the homeowners/hosts from any liability for accidents or injuries during your stay.
