With two bedrooms, The Roost can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests with a family shower room and parking for several cars.
The Roost is part of a converted barn building, within the grounds of the owner's own home, yet orientated to give privacy and to maximise the enjoyment of the beautiful rural landscape. Located off an unmade road, this is the only dwelling within sight and commands a wonderful sense of peace and space. The apartment has been recently completed and is tastefully furnished throughout, to provide a luxurious base to explore all that Norfolk has to offer.
The open plan living space is flooded with natural light from the wonderful wall of glazing at the gable end of the room, with further light shafting through the Velux windows. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, fan assisted oven, under counter fridge and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment, the principal bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging rail with two large dual aspect windows. Bedroom two has a bunk bed and a single bed with a dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
The family shower room, has a large walk in shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Outside
Approached from the unmade road, The Roost has a private shingled area to the front of the building, with a patio, protected from the elements, under a tiled roof. There is a large parking area available for guests to park their cars.
There is a lovely walking directly from the front door, out into the countryside.
**Please note: The unmade road has an uneven surface which may be unsuitable for cars with limited ground clearance (like sports cars, for example). Please check with the team if you are unsure of the suitability for your vehicle.***
