some amenities are old and not in good working condition, which should be replaced.

the location is a bit far,but everything is fine and nice.

It was good place and reasonable price.
Staff are very kind.
there is one bad thing, it was little loud night time due to many restaurants.

the property is dated, room very small, feel closed in, overpriced for this type of room

Close to my work and good experience.
I think it is sufficient. But waste smell is too much

Internet and TV were working fine. We had enough space. Furniture and shower towels were rather old and the walls are not painted since a while. Acceptable value for the comparable low price paid.

We spent 2 nights in the Kaixin Express and were very pleased with our stay given the low cost of the room. Basic amenities were all provided, though note that the bathroom set up means that the shower head is pretty much directly over the toilet (though waterproof slippers are provided to ensure your shower is still cleanly). Our main problem was that the location of the hotel is not ideal. All the metro stops are a good 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and, in the hot weather, the walks next to the main roads are far from enjoyable. There also aren't many sights worth seeing close by, but plenty of cheap restaurants and 24 hour shops. The Wifi was a little fragile as well, frustrating when trying to plan our day. Final note that the bed was a good size even for my 6' 1" boyfriend and fairly comfortable too.
A happy budget stay but lack of metro makes it not so much of an "express" trip.

The staff here used online tools to communicate with me as there was very little English spoken. They were pleasant and friendly and helpful. I filled up my water bottles in the foyer and did not buy any water during my stay which is a relief (I hate wasting heaps of plastic bottles when travelling). There are many eating places within walking distance, although few that speak English. It's a good escape from westerners in this part of town. I only saw one Russian in the first few days I was here. Everyone else is Chinese. I was here to do some study in my room largely so the lack of English speakers around me was not really a problem.
The room I stayed in was a little tired. Although the bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were all clean. Cleaners did a good job, although I requested only one clean while I was there as I don't need new sheets and towels daily.
I must also state that I like staying in old tired places as they often cost less but still have good amenities. Comfortable and functional are what I look for in a place when I travel alone.

staff didn't got my reservation, never heard what was 'Hotel.com', He said there was no booking for me,
I had spent 20 minutes to wait even at mid-night with a very tired body after a long flight. The room was small and very noisy.

Till 3 in the morning it was loud around. There were so many restaurants in the neighbourhood caused this. Also from 7 am in the morning there street started to be lively again. So you have 3-4 hours of window for the sleeping.
I can't say room was clean. There was some food smell and if you close the window, smell of moisture makes you uncorfortable.
Bed was almost hard as wood.
