About this house rental
This traditional Georgian townhouse sleeps up to eight people across four double beds. The first floor provides one comfortable double room with wardrobe space for personal belongings and clothes, the second floor provides two more double rooms, both of which have storage options and a cosy feel. The largest double room is located in an attic style room on the third floor and has access to an en-suite bathroom. This house has a WC on the ground floor and two bathrooms making it perfect for sharing families, friends or colleagues. The family bathroom is found on the first floor and contains a freestanding bath with shower hose and a shower cubicle, this makes it a great space for relaxing. The second bathroom is ensuite to the attic bedroom on the third floor, this provides a shower cubicle.
The living area provides two comfortable sofas with cosy cushions and throws making it a great space to relax with your favourite streaming platforms. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. These amenities ensure you have access to everything you need for a short- or long-term stay.
Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods, dishwasher tablets, products to wash up with and a bottle of sparkling wine. These provisions allow you to make full use of the ameneities!

Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holiday makers, it would also suit those in the area for work with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield and Westlakes Science Park.
Unfortunately this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby, the details of which can be provided by your hosts. There are also a number of local disc zones, more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts.
Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns.
