This beautiful, Nantucket-style home boasts amazing waterfront views and luxurious in-home amenities. Nestled in a tranquil, private neighborhood on Agate Passage in Poulsbo, WA, this amazing property is a serene escape for guests and perfect for families.
The Space:
The picturesque 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property features 100-feet of unobstructed waterfront view with a bulkhead and 8-step stairway down to the beach. The beach area fluctuates between low and high water tides for a unique vacation experience. The home also includes a large yard, hugely popular pickleball court, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, covered porch with Adirondack chairs and a number of outdoor spaces for lounging and playing. Two kayaks, a paddleboard and life preservers are also available for guests in addition to badminton, bocce ball and cornhole sets.
This house sleeps 9 with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Features an open great room with a gas fireplace for relaxing and a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances & cookware, a gas stove and coffee bar. There are 4 bedrooms each with luxury linens, TVs and water views. The 3 full bathrooms include tiled showers (1 with bathtub for kids), luxury shampoos & towels, and hair dryers. Board games, card games and fun vacation books also provided along with AC and Guest Wifi.
Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions, attending a wedding nearby or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place. It's the perfect vacation spot all year round. Beautiful summers and sunrises; gorgeous fall colors and sunsets; cozy winters by the fire. On clear days, you can see the top of Mt. Agate Beach House is ideally located for exploring the best of the area. Just five minutes away, you'll find the Suquamish Museum, offering a fascinating glimpse into local tribal history and culture. Within a 10-minute drive to the west, you can reach Town & Country Market for groceries, and check-out the shops and restaurants in downtown Poulsbo, an historic town of Norwegian Scandinavian heritage. Be sure to grab a Viking donut at the award-winning Sluy's Bakery.
Just 10 minutes to the east is downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island. There are a ton of local shops, restaurants, wineries and museums to enjoy on the island as well as the Bloedel Reserve, a beautiful, 140-acre nature reserve (rated the #1 thing to do on Bainbridge).
