Upstairs, there are 2 King en-suite bedrooms and a Queen bedroom with a dedicated bath. The lower level features a full bathroom and bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, single trundle bed, and futon. Enjoy breathtaking long-range mountain views from nearly every room in the house and three outdoor patios.
The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with new appliances and top-of-the-line cookware. The living room is designed with comfort in mind and features a gas fireplace and large-screen smart TV. Two dedicated workspaces and strong WiFi allow for remote work. There's plenty of parking with space for 2 in the private garage and two more cars in the driveway.
Guests will have access to the shared Clubhouse, offering a seasonal outdoor pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, and fitness center.
