Loved the location of the house. Just a short walk to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The AC works great and keeps it nice and cool. The only complaint I have is that the beds could use an upgrade. Overall this place is a great stay!

We had such a comfortable stay at this beach house. We had everything we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and updated. We really appreciated the info about local restaurants, and the kids loved the ocean decor. The walk to the beach was very reasonable and we really appreciated that there was a little wagon for us to bring everything more easily. The beach itself was beautiful and we only had a few neighbors down the way. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

It rained most of our trip but we still had the best time!! This place is awesome! The teenagers loved the bikes & kayaks! The shops are close by, just a bike ride away. The house was clean & the decor is so beachy! The online pictures are accurate. The neighborhood was great as well! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was great, owner was very responsive to questions, house had all we needed! Make sure to read the “helpful information” book when you get there and not like us that read it before leaving as our son got ate up by no- seeums and we had no idea what got him until we read the book! That’s on us! We had a fantastic week!

Very happy with our experience! Flags were double red all week due to a tropical storm, but the kayaks and inlet area saved the trip. Beach walk was manageable. The area was quiet and felt very safe.

Community, property, beach house & accommodations were great. Had enough parking area for our 2 vehicles & a utility trailer. The host was nice enough to work with our schedule change at the last minute. I would definitely reach out again if we return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tiki Hut! The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach access is right across the street, and since there's no public parking lot the beach is only lightly used here. We checked out the public beach further down the island (which does have parking) and this beach was so much better! So the house is completely worth it just for being able to walk to this lovely beach. We LOVED having the bikes to ride around on, and the beach cart, toys, and chairs came in really handy because we drove so far to get here, and couldn't have brought all that stuff. So it made beach going more comfortable. It was a great week, and we'll definitely be back. :)

The stay was great, the house was clean and well-stocked. You can tell the house is dated and is mostly a vacation home but i don't even consider that a flaw just more of a fact. Check-in was easy. The walk to the beach was quick and fairly easy. My 2-year-old was able to manage the walk on her own. We would defineitily stay here again if we came back

A nice comfortable stay. We were so content that we didn't even turn on the TV for the 4 days that we were there. The dining room table accommodated a jigsaw puzzle nicely. The private neighborhood beach out the front door was a perfect little break to sit and enjoy. The gulf beach was totally worth the trek if you leave the wagon behind.

The Tiki Hut was fantastic! It was in an excellent location and allowed great access to all the wonderful things about Dauphin Island. You can see the ocean and the bay from the living room! Neighbors were quiet except for the bird nesting grounds at sunrise (which was wonderful actually.) The kayaks were nice and easy to launch at an access across the street. Lots of beach supplies were functional. Outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing. Easy access to the beach too. Our only issue was having to wipe out the oven from the cleaning but that was an honest mistake. Some of the appliances are a little worn out but that really wasn't a big deal for us. Our teenage boys enjoyed the house and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 for a week!

Great location and owner! Easy walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the bay. Lots of extras like kayaks and bikes. Only negative were the dirty air filters that needed to be changed, other than that the Tiki Hut was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dauphin Island. Would stay here again!

What an amazing place! Super clean and decor is so welcoming. We felt at home right away. You have your choice of views from the deck of the lagoon, bay, or the gulf! All beautiful! The island itself is really great. We went to fort Gaines, the bird sanctuary, took the ferry to fort Morgan than drove to gulf shores and orange beach! The host is extremely nice and accommodating. You have kayaks, bikes, beach stuff to use! House has everything you need. Can’t say enough positive about the tiki hut and dauphin island. Thanks for giving us such a great and memorable vacation!!

Everything was amazing enough cooking equipment bikes for kids, kayaks were great. Even the view was nice! Everything but the beds were extremely hard to sleep in, felt like we sank in middle. Did not sleep break on my vacation. If beds were better I would go back!

This rental worked perfectly for our family. I booked it due to all the amenities listed such as kayaks as well as the proximity to the beach. We were so happy that it all was as described. We loved getting to kayak especially. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book a longer stay!

Our trip was short so we didn’t get to use the bikes, kayaks, or all the beach gear, but we had a nice relaxing time nonetheless! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions!

This moms heart is so full and happy! This was the best weekend having all my adult kids under one roof and celebrating the youngest engagement. It was perfect and had everything we needed. The owners were absolutely awesome and very responsive and so easy to work with. We will definitely rent the Tiki Hut again! ☀️🏝🌊
