- There is a short walk from the carport to the 2-story home’s main entrance, which includes 3 stairs. There is also direct access from the carport to the interior of the home, with only 2 stairs to entry. While the bedrooms and 1 bath are located on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the loft and 2nd bathroom
- The property has central heating and heat from the fireplace but does not offer air conditioning
