Just a 5-minute walk from Lake Daylesford and a short drive to the heart of town, this stunning retreat offers the perfect combination of style, comfort, and location for your next getaway.
The Space:
Maple House’s panelled wood façade invites you into a light-filled interior, where space and elegance combine effortlessly. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for relaxation and entertaining.
The kitchen, featuring soft oak tones, white subway tiles, ample storage, integrated gas cooktop and electric stove and an island bench with a Carrara marble top, is a cook’s dream.
The dining area, bathed in natural light, seats 8 and opens directly onto the north-facing balcony/deck - ideal for soaking up the sun on warm days.
The living area, with its large windows and reverse-cycle air conditioning, brings the outdoors in. A double-sided wood combustion fire is a cosy touch for winter days. Adjacent to the living zone, a study area with shelving provides a functional space for work or reading.
The accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with built-in robes (BIRs) and two additional large bedrooms, all serviced by a renovated bathroom featuring a bath, shower, toilet, and a stylish vanity. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry with extra storage.
Outdoors, the expansive back garden is perfect for family gatherings or quiet moments of reflection.
