If you’re looking for a sophisticated yet charming beach home as a retreat from the ebbs and flows of life, 4 on 36th Avenue is where you want to be. Featuring ocean views from both the rooftop deck, and the pool deck, this newly constructed home (August 2020) features five bedrooms with five full baths, two half baths, a saltwater pool, and some of the best amenities on the island. This just completed home features the best that new construction has to offer from gorgeous tile work and fixtures in each bathroom to an open chef’s kitchen with room for the family to gather while meals are prepared. Best yet, 4 36th features an elevated pool deck, with plenty of seating, an outdoor grill, refrigerator, and ocean views. Your family will be delighted to discover the two living areas. Located on each floor, each living area is equipped with the latest in technology and the best televisions. Extras in the house include a Ping Pong table. 4 on 36th has been professionally decorated with an emphasis on capturing the beauty of the island and surrounding area within the furnishings of the home. Designed to capture the southwest summer breezes, the rooftop deck features its own half bath, bar with refrigerator, plus plenty of seating. Your family will be delighted with the amazing ocean views as well as the famous Isle of Palms sunsets that can be enjoyed from the rooftop deck. Hours and hours will be spent on the roof top deck as well as the private saltwater pool. The outdoor dining area will be your family’s favorite place for meals. The dining area will comfortably seat 8 with all new polywood furnishings. Best yet, the beach access path can be found just across Palm Boulevard from 4 on 36th Avenue. After a day on the beach and the saltwater pool, you will welcome the evening at 4 on 36th Avenue. The first level features a spacious living room and dining room, that will be great for entertaining your family. The dining room features a 10-foot table that provides seating for twelve. The kitchen is beautiful with a Wolf range, Stainless Steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a free-standing ice maker, plentiful cabinets, and stone countertops. The bright shiplap perfectly balances with the wood flooring throughout the great room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. On the east side of the home, a queen guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The Southeast side features the master bedroom with a king bed and a wonderful master bathroom. The second level features three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. It includes a second master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom, and ocean views. A guest bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The fifth bedroom features two single beds, plus an adjacent space with bunk beds, all of which share a Jack and Jill bath. Parking Details: Private parking in the driveway. Boat parking is also allowed. --- Room configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Queen Bed Bedroom 6: 2x Twin Single Bed + 2x Double Bed (Bunk Bed) --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
