A U-shaped driveway greets you with parking for four cars, comfortably. The stairway down to the property winds through wooded acreage. Surrounded by a mature forest on each side and featuring an abundance of birds and wildlife to appeal to nature lovers and those seeking a private, quiet getaway. You'll soon see how 'Hidden House' got its name!
The main entrance is on the 'upper level' of the house. Each of the three bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms can be found here. The second story windows provide a wonderful lake view in each bedroom and abundant natural lighting.
Descend down the spiral staircase, or retreat back outside and down the outside stairs to the lower level. Once downstairs, the living area of the house offers a galley kitchen with dark wood cabinetry and ample counter space for preparing meals at your new home away from home. Sign up for a cooking class at the New York Kitchen and bring your newfound skills back to the lake house to whip up a treat!
Wall to wall windows face the lake. Two dining tables allow each of your guests to have a seat and enjoy mealtime comfortably.
Find the living area tucked around the privacy wall. Light colored sofas line the room and face the gas fireplace.
Outside, the deck spans the length of the house! Hidden House features an abundance of outdoor living space! Enjoy sitting on the deck, having a fire in the pit or to the north of the property enjoy lounging the day away. A seasonal dock is available for hanging out, sunbathing or fishing and swimming off.
Located minutes from both downtown Canandaigua and Bristol Harbor Resort, guests of Hidden House can attend a wedding, downhill ski, or walk the Main Street of Canandaigua and have brunch at Simply Crepes or a beer flight at Frequentem Brewing Company. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft are not available between October 15 - May 15*
