Welcome to Stephens Beach House, a spacious 4 bedroom home in South Warrnambool that sleeps 9 guests. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or work, our home is the perfect base for your stay. Just minutes from the beach, popular fishing spots, mini golf, Lake Pertobe adventure playground, Deep Blue Hot Springs, the skate park, tennis, and local cafes and you'll be spoilt for choice with activities and attractions. We look forward to hosting you at Stephens Beach House—your ideal beach getaway!
Stephens Beach House is a two story home, with the bedrooms located upstairs and the living space downstairs. The house is currently getting refurnished and will be completed by 20 December 2024.
Please note there is a strict no party policy at the house as it's a residential area. It's perfect for families and business professionals.

Downstairs:
The spacious open-plan living area seamlessly connects the lounge, dining, and kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming environment. The lounge is equipped with a smart TV, so you can easily stream your favourite apps.
The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, generous counter space and ample storage space, making it ideal for cooking up meals if you decide to dine in.
The dining area provides a great space for shared meals or casual drinks with family and friends.
At the front of the house, there’s a rumpus room, ideal for a kids hang out, complete with a smart TV. Adjacent to this is a home office with desk and chair, perfect for those on working holidays.
The spacious laundry has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The outdoor area can be accessed from both the laundry and the sliding door in the lounge. It features a lush private retreat with an undercover large deck, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in any season.
The house is equipped with central heating throughout, and the downstairs area also features a split-system unit for both heating and cooling, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. Portable fans are available in all bedrooms.
The garage is available for guests to use and can easily fit 2 cars, or a boat.
Upstairs:
All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, ensuite with shower and toilet, TV, fan, and south-facing balcony that lets in a refreshing afternoon sea breeze.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a set of bunks with a queen bed down the bottom and bedroom 4 has two single beds. The master bathroom is conveniently located near these three bedrooms for easy access.
All bedrooms offer plenty of storage with wardrobes in every room.
A port-a-cot and baby gates for the stairs are available on request.
Guest have access to the whole house. The house is self check in, your check in details and code will be sent 2 days prior to check in.
You host is available via phone, in person, or message if you need anything during your stay.
Stephens Beach House is located close to the beach and many of Warrnambool's local attractions.
Many visitors come to the region to experience the geothermal pools at Deep Blue Hot Springs, which is conveniently located Sessions are available throughout the day and evening with other wellness and spa treatments available.
The Foreshore Promenade (with access to Worm Bay) is right at your doorstep. This links up Warrnambool's beaches from Lady Bay to Hopkin's River.
