A stunning, very spacious 3 bedroom Victorian house in the Kite area - the most central district of Cambridge, just off the famous Parkers Piece.
- After entering your private front door, you have a lounge & elegant dining area that comfortably seats 6 with a smart TV. A private office/study area leads onto the delightful walled garden, a rare gem in such a central location
- On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with luxury kingsize bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and both bedrooms have plenty of storage.
- A family bathroom with shower & bath
- Downstairs is another large bedroom with 2 single beds and a cloakroom.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & Nespresso coffee machine. Plus, there is a separate utility room with a washing machine, separate dryer & wine fridge.
Location - very central with a vast choice of restaurants cafes & bars all in walking distance
Kings College, The botanical gardens, Fitzwilliam museum & all the theatres are all 10-15 minutes away
Shopping - you have the Grand Arcade & Grafton shopping centres within a 10 min walk
Transport - The train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car
Remote working - Free Wifi and a dedicated office looking out on the garden plus a separate desk in the 3rd bedroom. Perfect for remote working
Guests have access to the whole house and the courtyard garden, nothing is shared
There is no parking at the property but there is paid parking at the Queen Anne Terrace car park, CB1 1EQ which is only an 8 min walk away. Parking is charged at £17.50 per 24 hour period
