About this house rental
This home was fully gutted and rebuilt in 2024 with warm modern interior design elements and high end luxury appliances. 2300 Sq ft of living space. Centrally located with easy access to the 405, 55 & 73 freeways. This large Coastal farmhouse has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. This property is great for extended vacations, temporary home for displaced families during renovations/disaster repairs or corporate housing for contract work. this property was redesigned with entertaining in mind.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one is an en suite with a queen bed and the other is a standard room with a queen bed. There is also a powder room in the hallway. Upstairs has the primary en suite with a walk in closet and a King Bed, a guest bath with tub in the hallway and 2 more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a trundle bed and a a bunk bed.
The garage is equipped with 2 Tesla Universal chargers that work with Teslas or any EV that has a J1772 charging port, no adapters needed. Additional charges will be added for EV charger usage.
Included with your stay is high speed wifi. The wife is set up on an Eero mesh wifi system so you get strong signal to all rooms in the home. There is also a 65" TV in the living room and an 80" TV in the back patio. We provide Youtube TV 4K Plus and NFL Sunday Ticket.
