PERFECT
I rented this accommodation for my employees, as we had work in the area. The house is great, it had everything they needed and was clean and comfortable. The owner was very quick at answering my question before our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are back in the area

The house is well equipped and in a convenient location in Southbourne. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The only fault is that almost all of the ceiling lamps in the kitchen, front bedroom and bathroom are broken and require replacement.

Firstly, I have to say that my wife and I are not overly fussy people; but we do expect value for money. We enjoy the Dorset/Hampshire area and have been holidaying there many times over the years and until we stayed at Covena Road we have never been disappointed in the chosen holiday accommodation. The house furnishings, particularly in the lounge and dining area are very old. In addition, the old carpet on the stairs was "smelly - ? urine" at the top. There are no small tables in the lounge to set down a drink etc. Parking is very difficult on the street and almost impossible outside the house. The garden furniture was unclean and covered in spiders and insects. The ancient bench at the bottom of the garden was broken - probably with age. The dining-room is very outdated and not conducive to enjoying a meal. The bedrooms are OK. The kitchen is not bad; only 4 teaspoons for up to 7 people. Thankfully the weather was very kind as there is no tumble dryer. There is a plastic string immediately outside the french doors which can hold perhaps 6 garments. My wife and I stayed alone in the house apart from 2 nights when we had another 1 adult and 1 child stay. The doors at the rear of the house were almost impossible to lock. This property is over-priced by a large margin. The property lacks facilities expected of a holiday property and therefore deemed unfit for purpose in our opinion, A significant, early deposit was required; more than 50% paid 5 months in advance.

We loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. This holiday home had everything we needed. The house has lots of character and the nice sunny garden was great for our children and meals outdoors. Kitchen was well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were bright and comfy. The house is in a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac. We found parking easy and it was just a short distance to Bournemouth town centre and beaches. Close also to Southbourne beaches, Christchurch and Hengisbury Head. We would highly recommend this property to other families.

Perfect Location
The house is situated in a quiet residential street perfect after a day out exploring Bournemouth. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious with good living and dining areas. This turned out to be a home away from home always looked forward to coming back after a busy day. Has all that's needed for family trips. Location wise we were not disappointed as had a car which took us 15 mins to get to the beach. Good parking space. Would definitely use again.

Great family house. Property was very clean and fresh throughout. Fabulous linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen with lots of little extras. Tea bags, coffee and even sugar. Kitchen towels and kitchen roll. Stayed with husband and 2 grandkids. Lots of space and a real sun trap back garden. Would recommend to anyone.

Found the overall stay very pleasant. The house was slightly dated but the garden compensated this. Great location and would definitely return.
