Гледката, басейна, храната, леглата.
Банята. Неудобна вана. Преградата пречи да се пусне водата без влизаш в нея.Сушоар има, но шампоан не.

What was constant and good: the room, the cleanliness, the comfort, the staff.
I visited this hotel again now, after 2015 and 2017. Obviously, any review is subjective. But I will try to provide information as objectively as possible. What was not good: much less, about 5-6 dishes, which are repeated every day, after a few days the menu becomes boring. Select drinks have largely disappeared, soft drinks have been replaced with some low-quality no-name brand. The drinks iare now served only in the lobby bar, the queue is long, the staff is overworked. Check-in only after 2:30 p.m., in this way the hotel saves money because it does not offer you lunch. Departure by 11 o'clock, so new economy with a lunch, but if you want, you can wait till 12.00 pm to get a food. Few parking spaces, you don't have access to them. Regarding the resort, dirt on the alleys, especially on the path that leads to the beach. Extremely expensive private parking, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. (The fact that on the Bulgarian coast approximately 60-70% of the guests are Romanian citizens, inevitably led to a considerable decrease in the quantity/quality of the services offered.)

Good breakfast, big and clean room, good wifi, nice swimming pool, good ice-cream.
Not actually a 4 star hotel, poor quality of beer and juices.
Except breakfast, the variety of the food can be improved.
Do not allow people to take food in the room, so much people in the elevator with plenty of plates full of food. Except room service when is something organized.

Just the room and the beds were ok the rest was all desapointing
the hotel looks like an comunist one, the people that works there dont know what a smile is or oapitality or profesionality. To get to the beach you have ti wolk a lot and the food was really horrible. I travel a lot but this place is the number 1 for the worst food ever

spacious rooms
the maids did not vacuum and did not even sweep the sand (and I stayed 5 days!!!), the dishes in the restaurant were very dirty (either traces of fat, or even traces of food!!!) - these problems were identified every day (not just once!)

They were way too understaffed

+ The room: quite spacious, with enough storage space for our stuff, decent furniture.I had the view on the opposite side from the sea, which wasn't spectacular but wasn't bad either. In general it was quiet, even though we went in the middle of august and the hotel was full. The bath looked nice, I had good water pressure. The A/C worked wonderfully during the hot days.
+ OK facilities for spending time with the family. Many areas for socializing and playing games with your friends/family
+ The food was varied and you could find tasty, or at least decent dishes. Not exceptional, but it was enjoyable if I were to compare it with other aspects of this hotel. I am sure you could have found something no matter what your dietary choices are.
+ The bar area was cool for refreshments, the lady there was cooperative and the cocktails were decent
+ Although not near beach, it was close to the shops for souvenirs
- The checkin: even though we arrived at 14:00 (as it was mentioned in the checkin interval) after driving 13 hours to the hotel, we had to wait in a huge queue till around 15:30-16:00 to have our bookings processed. In the meantime everybody was annoyed by how unprepared the reception staff was for the upcoming clients. Altho the staff itself was't rude and was indeed under pressure, it showed the hotel's lack of organization skills and how understaffed it was.
- My biggest pet peeve: the cleaning. As we arrived in our newly prepared rooms, I found hair strands on the table and sticky mug stains on the furniture. The toilet didn't have hygienized labels on it. However, the big problem wasn't exactly the room but the food court area : the plates and glasses had stains and were sticky to the touch even tho they were 'just washed'. They were probably just put into the dish washer without rinsing the stains before. I had to look through the each plate to find one relatively ok, without grease or chocolate stains. The chairs and tables were superficially cleaned between eating periods and you always have to watch out on what you are stepping on. No proper food hygiene, I saw some staff picking food with bare hand and not wearing masks and gloves. Another employee in the pancakes area got mad for some reason and started scrubbing the stove, spreading the burned pieces of the old pancakes over the freshly made ones.
- The staff: they looked bored and ready to go home. Besides the reception area, most of them showed 0 customer service skills. In particular the same employee from the pancake area. The queue was huge and blocked the cereal counter, so my boyfriend went to a bit to the side (close to the employees area) to take one spoonful. That employee became all mad, started to yell in bulgarian and pushed my boyfriend, ready to hit him! It was enough if he signed NO, I was livid at this behaviour.

Big beds
- from the 2 elevators( insufficient for hotel capacity) one was broken; one had to wait 10 minutes to get lucky going in with a baby pram
- food: made from poor quality ingredients, little diversity, raw salads smelling like altered, cereals smelling and tasting like old etc. If arrived 30 minutes before the end of the dinner/ lunch, only leftovers from some dishes were available to eat. Dirty plates. Crowded restaurant. Drinks awful, no juices available, only carbonated from the mashine, tasting like chemicals. Watery beer and sour (not dry) wines. The cheapest and poorest quality ever experienced in Bulgarian restaurants.
- nobody, except the staff, was wearing masks; no attempts on behalf of hotel to impose the distancing and safety procedures inside.
- pool was having balls of hair floting under water
-parking

Nice breakfast, clean rooms
They said they had WiFi. Technically this is true, but the WiFi was rarely connected to the Internet. So I'd say most of the time it was useless and i had to rely on my mobile plan. If you plan to work from there it would be quite challenging. Also the name of the reservation is quite misleading. Its Astra hotel - all intclysive ultra - but I actually didnt receive all inclusive ultra at all. That's a cheap trick from their side.

Everything was fine, but there was no AC in the room. Too hot sometimes!
Nice, heated pool, nice breakfast, spacious room, nice view
In the bathroom there was an awful smell from the drain I think. I had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time.

Good conditions, very very clean, nice people at the reception, lovely food
The lifeguard had a very arrogant attitude and was disrespectful. I’m talking about the man with long hair (because there were 2 lifeguards at the pool, but the one with short hair was ok).
We were playing with a ball on the outdoor pool and accidentaly, the ball touched a person- we’ve apologized, the person was very nice, smiled at us, saying that was no problem at all. But the lifeguard confiscated our ball without saying nothing, and gave it to us when we’ve left the pool.
After this incident, we’ve went again to the pool, without ball, but this time, I was accidentily hit by a bool- twice times. Even the lifeguard was there, he was acting as nothing happened. He did not confiscated the ball of that person, he did not even telling him to be more carreful.
That’s why, I will give 7 to this property. It’s a shame that you’re hiring such kind of people to your hotel.
