Great holiday and we will definitely stay again.

Villa was fantastic, very clean and spacious. Great location as we had a car and still very close when we went to Puerto Rico by taxi as very cheap. 6 Euro. Cleaner came and changed bedding towels etc.

Pool was a bit small and cold. Driveway a bit small and steep. No views. Please note that this is not a complaint but if i had to put something negative then these would be something i would point out.

The fact that the TV has no English channels as stated when booking. I have a disabled son who loves to watch TV in the evenings.

Nice location and peaceful area, unfortunately maintenance was not at the level you could expect.

Third time for a visit to Anfi Opal. Unfortunately not as pleasant one as before.

We were lacking electricity and warm water for two first days at Anfi Opal. Tried to negotiate about refund, because you could imagine, that paying 300 €/day you can trust on quaility of the villa. We we offered 10% discount, if we come back next year. Unfortunately it is not posiible to be sure, that we are travelling back there next year - not in these times, we are all facing. The second offer was free sun beds for a day. When travelling with 7 years old kid, what do you think if the offer was fair for us? We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service given,when there was problems with both vital and at the same time basic services, which do not function. We have used services at Anfi Resort for ten years now and never faced this kind of attitude from the staff. At the end the only compensation we recieved was late deparure (3 extra hours). In our opinion it was far from fair and expected.

Very good

This was a beautiful and very spacious property. We enjoyed that it was very private and peaceful. Having two fridges was absolutely excellent. TV had plenty of European channels.

We were disappointed that the property did not have a stovetop coffee maker and the only possibility to have coffee was filtered. Also, it would have been nice if the filters were provided for the machine. The oven did not have any oven trays and no ovenware or oven gloves were provided, so cooking was difficult.

RUINED BY LACK OF SLEEP DUE TO POOR AIR CONDITIONING

THE AIR CONDITION DIDNT WORK FOR TWO DAYS . WHICH MEANT SLEEEP WAS IMPOSSILE FOR TWO NIGHTS WHICH LEAD TO US BEING INCREDABLE TIRED . AND RUINED THE HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE
