Great place but need better maintanance and service

Beautiful place, beautiful view, spaciuos, quite area, Spar supermarket was very close, spacious tarrase where we spent most of the time, parking available, swimming pool,

The place is beautiful, but very poorly maintained and serviced. The windows and dishes were dirty, the towels were worn out, we had to wash them all to feel more comfortable. The wi-fi was very poor, it did not work in the bedrooms. The hairdryier was broken (we got a new one when we asked), the iron and the coffee machine did not work as well. We did not got the house number nor the code to the gate untill we called and asked for it waiting in front of the gate. It is not 10 mins to the beach but 25 min walk.

Poorly presented property , poor value for money , very disappointed

Great location , very quiet , pleasant view of the golf driving range , not too far from supermarkets and restaurants .

No air conditioning , not cleaned to the standard one would reasonably expect , toilet that did not flush , inadequate provision of cleaning products , light fittings in the living room had exposed wiring and trims were not secured to the ceiling ,not a safety issue , but looked really bad , the pillow cases in the large bedroom only fitted one half of the pillow , the windows in the living room and the main bedroom were not cleaned properly , when the sun shone on them in the morning they were all stained . This property cost , 1083 euro to rent for the week , it felt as if we moved into somebody's home , full of personal effects and poorly presented , definitely not worth anything near the rate charged , if we had a true insight of this apartment we would not have rented it .

Very simple standard in The apartement. No aircondition. No dishwasher. One of The toilets did not work. It was not fixed even after they were notified. Wifi was very bad in The first floor

OK place

Nice house. Nice welcome. Good facilities. Nice neighbourhood. The restauarant near by is excelent, and fine little minimarket. Nice pool area.

There wasnt any aircondition. Is was to warm at night. The internet was only good upstairs.

wonderful holiday , communication was excellent with the lady who met us at the property!

The property was perfect for us , lovely balcony and terrace , open plan lounge , kitchen and balcony. The on site restaurant served good food and the on site spar was very useful.

excellent place to relaxe and recreate

exactly as described, fully equipped, quiet, spacious, clean. staff was extremely kind and flexible when our arrival delayed.

I recommend this place and would love to go back there

wonderful place with a picturesque view of the mountains and the golf course. Near the market, where you can buy the most necessary things. Very nicely furnished house. Comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 3 toilets. Very strong WiFi signal (I know it is important for some). Beautiful nature around. Very close by car to wonderful beaches (Amadores, Puerto Rico) or for evening walks (Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan).

The air conditioning was broken and It was a bit chilly in the bedrooms in January but the host brought blankets. In one of the bathrooms the shower is only in one position. During the stay, nobody came even sweep the floor. You need a car to get anywhere. The property has 1 pool and there is no heated water in it.

Very good

Beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is a real gem! We enjoyed sunrises every morning. Location is good, SPAR on the residence territory, nice swimming pool. Good for families.

Lots of dark hair on the floor on our first day, maybe the cleaning was made poorly. Bathroom has no lock.
