Great Stay. Amazingly clean. The kitchen is a great touch. Friendly staff with an easy check in. Will be back
No bar or restaurant, but I didn't mind as I knew it ment the hotel would be quiet

Clean and had everything you needed

When I finally got in, late and confused, I found it clean and tidy.
information let me down, the phone number given by Booking.com resulted in a supposed upgrade to a better room + breakfast - wholly inaccurate; no previous indication that it was an airbnb type room, I needed outside help to get the right phone number and (unable to drive after dark) had to leave my car at another hotel and take a taxi to and from my car when that hotel sorted out admission to the premises. That cost me an extra £20. bathroom lighting not good

The place was lovely and clean. Nothing was too much trouble to do for our stay. Very helpful and friendly service and we loved the place.
There was no bus route nearby. You needed to have a car.

Room comfortable and there was water included, especially as it was a hot night.
The TV had only BBC channels that worked.

easy to find and the location was good
this is not a complaint but the stairs were steep as my husband and son have mobility issues

Main hotel is shut and parking in the lodges is limited - the premium room advertised and paid for was nothing like the room provided

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Each room has an ensuite. Perfect for intimate or shy guests or get togethers. Absolutely brilliant.

Was changed at last minute for their so called sister hotel , agreed as fella that spoke to me said we would be closer to venue which was untrue , very disappointing customer service.

Lovely clean and functionable room
Very disappointed that i booked this hotel to try the restaurant for our evening meal and then to find out when checking in that it was closed, no mention of it when booking. I feel i over paid for just the room

Nice and clean, friendly staff and nice grounds to walk around.
Didn't realise that the executive suite had been moved to the villa, still a good stay but could hear other guests when in room.

nothing
the fact that the restaurant and bar was closed ,, which wasn’t mentioned on the website,, the bedroom ,, well where do I start,, the fact there charging £99 for starters is bad enough,, there was an ironing board leaned up leant up the wall,, a few rails on the one side of the bed,, damp patched on the wall and ceiling,,

Kitchen facilities were second to none everything you could of needed was on hand
Bar or restaurant wasn't open

Stayed one night whilst travelling back from week in N Wales and had a 'stop-over' visiting son who lives in Kidderminster. I had a room in the Villa which is a 'self-serve' unit of 5 rooms. Recently refurbished to a nice standard.
Room was comfortable but basic - think Travelodge - but no information on wi-fi code or check out times. No phone in the room for emergencies or to contact staff if needed.
The breakfast facility was more like a hostel and not what I expected.
It was nicely furnished and obviously brand new but still a communal facility with 'help yourself' cereal and sliced bread in opened plastic bags. Jars of jam (opened) and a sink full of dirty dishes.
I passed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There were no staff present when we arrived or when we left. There was a strange atmosphere almost like the place had closed down but people were still staying there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
We arrived at 12.30ish to drop the car off & check in even if we couldn’t get into the room. However reception was close. There was a sign on the door saying we couldn’t check in between 8-11pm, which was massively inconvenient as that’s during the time we planned to be back. Fortunately we’d arrived earlier & seen the sign, otherwise we’d have turned up at 9 & not been able to get in - there isn’t a bar next door or anything like that which we could have gone to wait, we’d have had to sit in the car or catch a taxi elsewhere. When we arrived at 11 a lovely man greeted up, but didn’t know we didn’t already have the keys. He had to call someone else to find out where we were.
He took us to our room (which was a walk outside and down some stairs, so not brilliant if it had been raining). Our room didn’t have a bathroom attached to it, it was up a different flight of stairs!!! Massively inconvenient for us, but also must have disturbed people in the other rooms as well. It meant when we needed a wee in the middle of the night we either didn’t go, or had to put our clothes on. I would NEVER have bought the room if I’d realised. I checked the email confirmation & it didn’t say anything about this. The man was very apologetic but said he didn’t have another room to give us.
You could clearly hear the people in the room above us move around, and it woke me a couple of times.
While it was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable, there was just a cheap clothes rail, no wardrobe, and a hole in the wall at the back of the tv, which was clearly visible when standing besides it.
We left at 7.30am and again there was no one on reception.
We DEFINITELY would not stay again. It’s a shame as it has a of potential if it had better staffing levels, and an en-suite bathroom. It certainly is not worth the money.
Also on the confirmation it says a number of facilities aren’t available due to covid, which seems like an excuse.
