Immaculate guest house.

Probably one of the best kept apartments we have ever stayed in. We stayed in the two bed apartment which has a super modern kitchen and shower. Very spacious and immaculately clean with a balcony across the back that is relatively private. Parking is safe and secure and you can walk into the old town within 15 minutes. There is a supermarket in less than 5 minutes walk and the beach is under 10 mins. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

Pillows on the beds. Just couldn't get on with them.

The description was accurate outside seating area nice

Booking .com web page led us to believe our first choice room had an en suite and it didn’t so we upgraded at cost

Exceptional

Very accommodating and kind hosts who facilitated bike storage and cleaning when we were caught in torrential rain on the parenzana trail. Very clean and spacious room.

Fantastic value and clean

Everything was very clean and the room was spacious with a balcony. Free parking at the property. Amazingly good value for money. Netflix on the TV.

Very clean facilities, comfy bed, sweet little terrace to enjoy beautiful backyard. Hosts were very flexible and helpful. Definitely would choose this place again.

Perfect stay for nice prize

Perfect host. We get bigger room than we booked. The host was very nice. Clean and good guesthouse. I fully reccomend!

Very nice and quiet location, with a parking spot available. The lady who welcome us was very nice and kind. The room was very big. Also, there was a terrace with a table and sofa. The room had a fridge, coffee machine, plates etc so we were able to prepare our breakfast.

The TV position and size

Quite small kitchen counter Quite hard bed (but that depends on prefference I guess) Sound isolation, you can hear what people above you are doing (shower, moving chairs etc.) No parking as advertised, parking was on the street next to the accomodation

We had no problem, the rooms are very beautiful as well as the surroundings. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes as well as to the city center. People are friendly.

Perfect for stay in Porec

We satyed here already second time, everything was perfect, room clean and comfortable, private parking, nice balcony and well equiped kitchen with all you need. This is perfect place for us in Porec and we will come back many times . Thank you.

The place is clean, comfortable. The people are not intrusive. Lots of daylight in the room. Great beds and bathroom. No problem with parking.

I thought it was closer to a beach. I wish it offered breakfast option, at least coffee. Everything else was great in my opinion. Thats all I have to say.
