Nice, modern hotel with spacious room, decent gym and nice breakfast

Modern and nice design, very spacious room, decent gym with dumbbells and machines. Location was near where I needed to be, so it was perfectly fine for me though as a tourist, you may prefer to stay closer to the attractions. Breakfast was a nice spread.

Nice family hotel.

That they were very attentive, down to the finer details like preparing kids slippers, toothbrush and tooth paste. Nice large room with plenty of space for our 5 x suitcases.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the gym didn't really have any equipment for a proper workout.

Hotel with pleasant, modern design.

The modern style! Nice without being kitsch.

The location is good but you have to change station if you go anywhere. Still acceptable because it is usually one station away.

Exceptional

Staff was excellent. Before we even walked in a staff member opened the door for us and asked if we needed help with our luggage. The room was huge and the bathtub was enormous and deep. The window to view the city by the bathtub was romantic even though our room's view was basically just a parking lot. The included breakfast was great with a lot of eastern and western food options. The shower was a separate room from the bathtub and it was nice.

The hotel is a little far from a train station so we had to walk about 10 minutes to and from the closest station.

Great hotel and services.

The breakfast spread was not bad consider this is not a big hotel. The inclusion of the local spread is quite nice. The fact that the hotel hosted guests in their lounge for New Years celebration showed their care and concern. Lovely staff all around.

The lifts are on the smaller side but perhaps this is common in Taipei.

called the right number 7 times in 11:50-12:30, no one answered. ask for a box to pack breakfast for covid concern, and the answer is no... I think there shall be more flexible for 4star hotel.

Great and comfortable.

The breakfast was great. I stayed at the hotel with my boyfriend who eats only traditional American breakfast. He was able to get scrambled eggs and bacon. I got to try other different traditional Chinese food which was great. The room was very comfortable and the lobby reminds me of Vegas hotels. It has a small gym with weights and treadmill and stepper if you needed.

The location is not exactly a quick access to the MRT station. However, there is taxi lining up outside of hotel at all time. Even though the price was a bit more than what I would like to spend, the overall experience was good and it wasn't too expensive compare with all other bigger brand chain hotels.

Overall a satisfying stay!

Room is huge and bed very comfortable. Staff is friendly with good service attitude.

Breakfast area is too small. Need to queue up for breakfast.
