Perfect location, just leave the apartment and one minute later you are in the old town. Lot's of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. just five minutes away. Apartment is big enough (we were with two adult and three kids). Nice terrasse all around. Useful and well equipped kitchen. Towels, soap, coffee, free wifi, washing machine, ... Everything you need. Neighbourhood is safe and it's quiet inside the apartment. You are in a living place of the old town, you can feel the city and the local people living there. Very easy communication with owner.
Cleaning could be better.
Price is at the high side but you are in the old town.

Unique and cozy accommodation in the heart of Casco Viejo. A lot of space to relax inside the flat or on the balcony. Well equipped home. Excellent starting point to walk around in Casco Viejo or walking to Estacion de 5 Mayo in order to use the rapid metro to skyline hood. Host is super friendly with wonderful recommendations. We wish to come back one day.
Nothing to worry. Some might say it's a noisy neighborhood, but hey, you are in the heart of central Latin America, people life on the streets, not in their isolated TV cage. We, with two young kids, liked this freaky surrounding.

Our host provided very detailed instructions and was very responsive. The location was almost perfect.

clean, not too cluttered, balcony for street life watching, sound-proofed windows, good value for money.
it is on edge of old town, walking left instead of right takes you to an area where one needs to be careful.

This cute apartment was perfect for our stay! We were a group of 4 and we had plenty of space. The balcony is perfect for relax! Everything was clean, the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The location is very good, you can get in 5-7 minutes walk to all the best restaurants & bars in the area. The host was amazing and i would like to thank again for helping us store our luggage while we went on a trip to San Blas. Also on our last day we left our luggage there until the time of our flight. I hope to come back soon!

Location is close to historic downtown. Very exotic.
Parking on premises is not safe (our car was damaged at night by local teenagers), to park at safe place is not convenient or not free. Kitchen doesn't have hot water as well as the sink at the bathroom. Faucet at the bathroom is not fixed. Hot water flow in the shower is not stable, turns off and on by itself. The window in the living have no blinds and no curtain - part of the bathroom area is exposed. The owner is very helpful, she made a huge effort to help us to find the place when we got lost. Better make sure you have the internet on your phones or working GPS in Panama.

The property is beautiful and vibrant. we liked the rooms and the book that detailed suggestions on where to eat and what Casco Viejo is like.
nothing but it is across the street from the housing ministry so it does get a little loud. we enjoyed the music and seeing the locals but just an FYI for people that are not used to the noise.

Perfect location. Easy to get around Casco Viejo. Great value.

location was good as in a few steps you could get to the centre of Casco Viejo, but the exact street where the property was located was a little scary. music was super loud until 5-6am in the morning. but the place was well kept, nice blue design and the host was amazingly kind!
the street where it located and the loud music. al

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cool. It was great for my family.
Location is perfect, is just surrounded of some sketchy other buildings, that makes you feel unsafe, but actually it was totally the opposite, pretty safe!

The place was spotless clean and check in process was simple
The host is very helpful
The police standing outside the building 24/7 and not turning off their siren lights all night until 6am

This property is in a great location, very clean, well stocked with everything you would need, and comfortable. Plus the added fact of the beautiful wrap around balcony.
There wasn’t air conditioning through out the whole apartment, just in the bedrooms which ended up being fine but it’s a hot climate city.

We were very satisfied with Ursula's (owner) approach, she helped us very much and I can recommend her accommodations for the other travelers as well. In the accommodation is also wash machine and dryer, so thumb up, Ursula!

if you want to experience culture…this is it.
4.8 / 5.0
This is a hidden gem. Hip and stylish decor and when you look out on the balcony you can watch all the little kids playing on their balconies. It’s a cultural experience.

Property interior was clean and contemporary. Old town in general was wonderful.
Parking was tricky. Neighborhood a bit noisy.
