Super pomer cena kvalita poloha

velmi sa mi páčili úzke chodby v hoteli po ktorých bola zábava sa presúvať, taktiež velmi dobrá poloha, každo denné čistenie izby a supercool zastrčená perina po obvode celého matraca ;)

Good location - not much else going for it.

Location. Beds were comfortable.

Realised I left a dress behind a few hours after checking out, I contacted the hotel who said they found it, they told me to organise a courier which I did. When I then called them back to confirm, they said the dress was no longer there, and couldn’t explain what had happened. I told them that if someone had taken it, to please ask them to return it, no question asked, but they denied ever having g found it, even though they told me they had. The levels of management I had to go through was insane, and even then, once I got hold of management in Spain, they couldn’t come up with a good reason why the dress had been found and then suddenly went missing. The whole thing could have been resolved in a much better way. Bathroom smelled really bad complained to staff who said they’d clean it but it never went away. Housekeeping came to the room at like 8am one day and said they’d come back because we were still in the room - and they never came back, so the room wasn’t cleaned. Just a very strange and frustrating experience - staff need to be better trained and better at customer service considering hospitality is a customer facing job. Basic hotel management required - somehow lacking.

- Room was always clean - Location is close to everything - Staff was always helpful and friendly <3 - Area is quiet - Reception area is very well kept and clean

Ubicación excelente pero habitaciones de hotel 3 estrellas.

La ubicación es excelente y el trato muy agradable.

La iluminación del baño es muy deficiente, si tienes pensado maquillarte mejor llévate un espejo de viaje.

Perfect location hotel was nice

The room and location was great

Put room was located beneath the lobby and at 6-7am it was very noisy hearing all the people come in and out. (There may have been a delivery. But it kept us up for a good hour or so) I would have complained and asked for another room but our stay was only short.

Klein, aber fein.

Ein Hotelzimmer so groß wie ein Liegewagen im Nachtzug - und genauso durchdacht und praktisch eingreichtet. Wenn man das mag, ist die Unterkunft die richtige Wahl. Die Lage ist jedenfalls perfekt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Museumsquartier oder im Vondelpark. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen bemüht und freundlich.

Leider lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen - wenn man gerne bei Frischluft schläft, ist das etwas unangenehm.

No geral um bom hotel e a localização é o que mais se destaca.

Tamanho do quarto, localização, cordialidade dos funcionários e café da manhã.

Limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor e preço um pouco acima do que as instalações oferece.

Very handy!

Facilities! It has everything! We stayed in the apartment.

Could have a newer sofa e cleaner rugs! Also there was not a table although there was a fully equipped kitchen.

Un séjour fabuleux, nous recommandons fortement

Le personnel était incroyable, on nous a apportée les bagages dans la chambre et ils étaient très respectueux. De plus nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec jacuzzi. Le quartier est pour nous le meilleur emplacement d’Amsterdam, à côté du Vondelpark et du rijk Museum

Lovely hotel in great location

Very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location within easy walking distance of all the main sights and in a lovely neighbourhood. Chose not to have breakfast as we are not breakfast people, however the hotel was really nice for late night drink and nightcap at the end of the day and we did that most nights. Rooms were cosy with all the key amenities. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Nice but unlikely to return

Lovely spacious room, great location, nice reception and restaurant/bar area.

The corridors were dated and carpets dirty in some of the areas. The room had an overwhelming smell which we believe happens when Amsterdam has a lot of rain and to be fair they did try and fix this for us. And whilst the bed was huge it wasn’t comfortable, nor were the pillows!

Lovely, clean but the noise from staff up and down the corridor from 5am ruined our stay

It was lovely and clean and the jacuzzi was lovely. The bedroom was cleaned each day.

Stayed in room 130 for 3 nights and each morning was woken up from 5 am with staff walking up and down the corridor outside our room, maybe not realising they are waking quest’s up, I think the staff room was near to our room hence why there was so much noise coming to and from the corridor. Also very disappointed at check in to be told I have to pay tourist tax of 58€ I didn’t raise a complaint at the time as I didn’t want to spoil our anniversary celebrations.

Emplacement ideal, mais pas à la hauteur du prix.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Le personnel très sympa, le lit comfortable et la taille de la chambre parfaite. La salle de bain aurait pu être géniale avec douche à l'italienne, sol chauffé et évier en pierre noire mais la tête de douche ne fonctionnait qu'à moitié à cause de l'entartrement. Mon anniversaire tombait pendant le séjour et on m'a offert un bon pour un verre au bar de l'hôtel ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau et deux chocolats, des petits gestes toujours sympa et appréciés. La chambre au dernier étage était tranquille et calme, la vue sur les toits.

La propreté et l'entretien laisse à désirer. La moitié de la tête de douche à l'italienne ne fonctionnait pas, elle était bouchée par le calcaire. Les toilettes séparées puaient le tabac froid, comme si les précédents occupants avaient passé leur séjour à fumer dans les toilettes. A mon arrivée j'ai du demander à faire changer les taies d'oreillers, elles étaient tachées. Au plafond une araignée avait été écrasée et laissée sur place, avec ses pattes encore visibles dans la tâche. Un autre insecte avait subi le même sort quelques centimètres plus loin. Au vu du standing vanté par l'établissement une machine à café aurait été appréciée à la place de la bouilloire et une dose de café soluble.

Im Zimmer 122 hat der Fernseher trotz täglicher Beschwerde nie funktioniert.

Exceeded my expectations

The apartment was nice and spacious. The location was great, close and in walking distance to everything.

I did not like having to climb stairs to get to the room. I was unaware of the stair climb with my disability was a problem. I did not like that the breakfast wasn't included for the price I paid for the room.

Very good

The location of the hotel was outstanding -- perfect for walkers which we are. Very easy walk to beautiful Vondel Park, easy walk to all major museums, and to Center through wonderful shopping and restaurants. Hotel is on side street so very quiet, offers a great hot and cold breakfast. Staff is friendly. On the down side: our room was on ground floor next to delivery door. Linen trolleys lined the hall and even blocked our door. There are LOTS of stairs. Luckily we travel light so could negotiate them ourselves as help was not offered. Internet was very poor but luckily I had my own service with unlimited data. Tv entertainment limited. And it was expensive -- by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our entire trip. If not for excellent location we would have been very unhappy.

Fantastic Hotel near Vondelpark and city centre!

Well equipped Hotel near Vondelpark which is in a fantastic location, there are also bikes that can be rented from the Hotel to get around the city. The room was lovely and spacious as well. I would definitely stay again and look at their Hotels in other cities.

Won’t choose this hotel when I visit Amsterdam next time.

Location

Firstly, one month before I arrived I contact the hotel to make sure they have twin beds for me and my family, they can’t confirm and say it will depend on availability, but I told them I booked the room 5 months in advance, can’t you reserve a twin beds room for me? I was disappointed from the beginning. When we arrived, they could not gave us the room on time so we had to wait in their bar, the bar manager (the Spanish guy) offered the welcome drinks (Prosecco) as we had vouchers, I got one with no bubble and really flat. I asked him to swap one for me, he said he just opened a new bottle how come it’s flat?! I told him that mine could be the one left before you open the new one, I tried from the glass that my dad got, it taste fine, but mine isn’t like that. He didn’t seem happy but opened a new bottle anyways. His staff kindly bring a new glass for me. When we finally got to our room, the room was in basement, no nature light and what I can from the window was backyard that links to their kitchen, that cause the noise afterwards when we slept. The room is not clean (hairs on the chair) and the carpet was wet. Shower temperature is not stable. There were people working and walking around I can’t sleep because of the noise. No one in reception after 10:30, I tried to contact them and no reply. They changed the room for us next day but no twin beds available. All in all, it is not a 4 star hotel, very disappointed. It is the downside of our trip to Amsterdam.
