Comodo solo per la vicinanza all’aeroporto e per una sosta breve.

Comoda la posizione vicino all’aeroporto e il ristorante all’interno. Staff cortese

Arredamento vecchio e trasandato, prese elettriche mezze staccate dalla parete, tende sporche, materasso sottilissimo e mezzo sfondato. Quando siamo arrivati non funzionava l’acqua che sarebbe tornata disponibile solo alle 17 e ci hanno avvisati solo nel momento in cui siamo entrati, almeno un messaggio si poteva mandare visto che il disservizio era iniziato 2 giorni prima.

Pleasant Hotel but needs a overhaul in terms of decor as its not to the same standards as other BW.

The location of the Hotel is good , just one stop from Copenhagen Airport and 5 mins walk from Kastrup Metro, the area is quite and safe. Staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful, breakfast is good.

The room was below my expectations for the cost per night, dated and stained carpets in the alleyways and the room, bathroom needs updating. Overall the room was below expectations except the size.

The hotel prepared for us breakfast to go, because we had to check out at 5am for our flight.

Clear glass door to the bathroom was a total disaster. Zero privacy!!!

Worst Hotel!

Nothing

No AC, No fridge, No telefon! It's not even near the airport to call Airport hotel! The shower didn't work and I had to get the room changed. This Best Western is a big scam!

Prima locatie maar vergane glorie. Ouderwetse kamers en slecht bed.

Slecht bed, afstand bediening werkte niet goed. Erg druk weekend maar te weinig personeel bij check in en check out. Onduidelijk mbt drankjes bij receptie.

Great place, good price and excellent location.

The hotel has a great location, one stop from the airport via the metro station connected to the airport. The staff was more than great and they knew English really well. The room was spacious and it was quiet. Just under the hotel you would find the best kebap - Chilli Kebap! The city centre is 5-6 metro stations away. The nearest metro station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Rent og pænt, fin udsigt fra vores værelse på 6. sal. Morgenbuffeten var et hit hos børnene. Værelset var stort og lyst.

Lidt larm fra flyene om aftenen, men det var også fascinerende at se dem flyve ind på stribe.

Nice for the price and they will pour you a beer from the tap behind the check in counter.

We didn’t buy the breakfast. It looked good but we needed to get to the airport. We arrived at 8 in the morning and the staff accommodated us by cleaning a room for check in a few hours early. We received personal, positive attention from Johan Nilsson at the front desk. He is the best!

The hair dryer in our room was broken. The room was clean but there was a soiled spot on the carpet.

A good hotel in a great location with easy access to airport, central Copenhagen and road to Sweden.

A very convenient hotel for our stopover on the way to Sweden, with easy train access for an evening in central Copenhagen. Room large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had excellent selection and started early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tea facilities in the room.

Only herbal tea in the room. I’m British and like black tea with milk!

Friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate the special needs of our pet.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to allocate the most appropriate room for our pet (a young puppy). It made the stay less stressful than we’d expected. Thank you!

Bad experience, not as presented far walking from transportation

My Best Western Plus experience.

The quality of rooms and facilities. The location nearby grocery, restaurants and very close distance to the airport good for travelers. Plus a free upgrade to a suite if reserved rooms are unavailable.

There isn't much that I didn't like apart from the white window shutters during sunny hours. And the endless noise of planes when windows are open.

Position is very convenient to metro

Rooms soundproofness could be improved. If you are nearby elevator and you have sleeping issue, it may easily affect your sleep quality. Rooms look tired and in neeed of renovation.
