Vacanza bellissima

Tutto, cibo pulizia, cortesia dello staff, e posizione vicinissima al centro.

Nulla.. mi è piaciuto tutto. Se posso dare un consiglio sarebbe utile mettere degli stendini nelle camere.

Les jacuzzi dont l’état étaient moyen La qualité médiocre des produits au petit déjeuner La salle de bain de notre chambre est à refaire ( vieillotte et moche ) Pas d’équipement dans la salle de bain, pour un 4 étoiles il manque : brosse à dent, serviette pour le spa non fournie etc….

Très bonnes vacances

Hôtel idéalement placé avec de belles prestations. Le personnel est agréable.

Beaucoup de bruit le soir avec des enfants (8-10ans) qui hurlent dans les couloirs jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Ou sont les parents ????

Très reposant

L’emplacement est super, vous pouvez faire pas mal de choses à pied. Les activités proposées tels que le yoga (le cours est tenue par une très bonne professeur), j’ai également pris un massage en plus est comment vous dire que c’était exceptionnel 😍😍😍. La piscine intérieure est superbe. Merci à Saïd le réceptionniste pour ces recommandation.

J’aimerais bien revenir le plus tôt possible à cet hôtel, que j’ai bien aimé avec son personnel.

le confort… L’accueil chaleureux, surtout Monsieur Saïd à la réception, c’est quelqu’un de compréhensif professionnel à l’écoute et serviable, C’est vraiment un exemple au personnel de l’hôtel en général.

Rien à signaler…

Bon séjour détente en famille .

Personnel très sympathique, et à l’écoute .

Chambre un peu vieillotte , porte des wc qui ne ferme pas .. il e semblait avoir réserver une vue sur la piscine mais nous avons eu une vue sur la rue . Mais bon sur deux nuit ce n’est pas trop dérangeant .

Хотелось бы вернуться снова

Расположение достаточно удачное . Практически в центре , но на тихой улице . Можно было спокойно спать с открытым балконом. Большим плюсом считаю то , что рядом супермаркет с приятными ценами и персоналом , потому что в минимаркетах цены иногда кусаются. Бассейн прохладный конечно , и к апрель, но очень выручает в межсезонье СПА. Персонал вообще выше всяких похвал.

Не помешал бы чайник в номере.И хотелось бы шампунь с кондиционером отдельные флакончики , их отсутствие в четверке меня удивило.

Para recomendar y volver siempre!

Es un hotel precioso y correctísimo en relación precio- calidad. Muy limpio, las instalaciones impecables!, el buffet muy bueno, la cama confortable, temperatura perfecta en la habitación. Los precios de las bebidas muy económicos!. El servicio inmejorable, (destacar a Denisse en recepción, Nica atención en sala, el camarero de la terraza, la recepcionista del restaurante, etc...) Hay que mencionar estas personas porque son las que uno recuerda y de ello depende la percepción global del hotel. Gracias.

La animación en la piscina dejaba un poco que desear, no digo que sea mala pero daba sensación de desgana... La media pensión no incluye ni el agua. mmmm. (De todas maneras económico)

Ładny hotel na spokojny relaks

blisko plaży, miasta i supermarketu z dobrymi cenami. podobała nam się strefa spa z wewnętrznym podgrzewanym basenem, saunami i 2 jacuzzi. Ogólnie hotel odnowiony, poza pokojami standard wiec polecam dopłacić za pokój typu comfort.

grupa docelowa to najwyraźniej Francuzi w wieku 50-60 lat i na nich skupia się obsługa, atrakcje wieczorne tez pod ich potrzeby wiec dla młodych (ok 30 lat) czuliśmy się trochę nieswojo.

Todo estaba muy limpio. La cama súper cómoda. La variedad del buffet no era muy amplia pero no estaba todo muy bueno. El personal súper amable, especialmente en el Buffet y zona de spa.

La dificultad de aparcar por la Zona. Se encuentra en el centro de Lloret.

Lovely welcome from staff, great service in bar during the day and evening and if you have time I highly recommended a massage with Anna. She was so good we went back for a second.

- Breakfast was good - The rooms were with a nice pool view - Not very far from the centre of the town

- Reception staff was very rude at times - Pool was super busy all the times - There was frequent disconnects with the wifi - Not a 4 star but definitely a 3 star

good experience, would return

good value for money, nice pool area,comfy beds, decent size room and small balcony. Staff was always nice and friendly. Relaxation areas nice also, We tried the small game room and the massage. The massage (relaxing one) was extremely good and the therapeut very professional and knowledgeable.

could use more shadow spaces for chairs close to the pool. During hot days, in the afteroon, you need to reserve them in the morning . It is not a beach hotel, but a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, which is more than ok.

Definitely recommend! We had a great vacation!

Amazing food!!! So much to choose from! Rooms are super clean! Quiet and beautiful. Good accsess to our room with stroller. Overall everything exceeded our expectations!

On balcony could be a rack to dry laundry.

Really good location, near the town centre, the beach and the bus station. The pool is fantastic and there are plenty of sunbeds - you can go at any time of the day and there'll be a sunbed available for sure. The rooms are of decent size and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It'd be nice to have some vegan or healthier options for breakfast - like oats, granola, more variety of fruits etc. It was very greasy in general.

All you need for a holiday!

Food was great, Spa facilities really clean and comfortable. This hotel has everything you need to relax and enjoy a family holiday. Staff is really friendly and understanding, especially with babies. near the town centre and beach. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Comfortable and welcoming - with excellent facilities and plenty of opportunity to relax

All staff were very welcoming. The room, overlooking the pool was comfortable, well equipped with a lovely little balcony to sit, read and relax. There was an easy relaxed atmosphere throughout. The evening entertainment was fun. The food, buffet style, was varied and plentiful.

Everything was good. Thanks to attentive staff and a can do approach to anything we asked. We were made to feel very much at “home”. However The spa area was small and we were unable to use it on two occasions because there were larger groups of people in there -,for long periods of time. So we stayed away!

Very bad organisation

The pool was good and breakfast is okay

The manager of the reception is a rude irrational guy. I booked parking a long time upfront and was told that I'll get a key from the entrance door, but when I arrived he rudely told me that there is no parking and that everything is already occupied. I was offered to park in the middle of the parking next to the bush and still was charged the full price of parking. Also, I didn't get the key from the entrance door of the backyard/parking as I was told when booking it, so I had really unpleasant conversations over broken intercome to let me in the parking while my car was in the middle of the road he was hanging up the call on me and asking for parking number (which I didn't have at all since I was on Adhoc spot) even tho car and the license plate was visible to him whole time on camera while parked and while waiting in the front of backyard door.

Dissapointing experience

Nice entrance, foyer and spa facilities

Please be aware that if booking a standard room then do not expect a 4 star stay. Rooms are dated, basic and our bathroom had a water leak in the ceiling. No sound proofing so could hear loud neighbours either side and from above. Surprised a 4 star hotel can offer rooms of such low quality. For the price we paid the room was below acceptable. Breakfast was also below par.
