Desde el momento en que llegamos fuimos recibidos con una amabilidad y calidez que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El trato recibido ha sido impecable no hay palabras suficientes para agradecer la atención que nos brindaron. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. La limpieza, impecable. El jardín, precioso y tranquilo para relajarse. Y las las tartas que Eli prepara cada día para el desayuno, son una delicia. Súper súper recomendable.

Ótimo custo/benefício

Anfitrião excelente, foi bem receptivo e nos auxiliou em absolutamente tudo durante a nossa estadia. Nos deu informações sobre o local, recomendações de locais e praias para visitar. Café da manhã bom, melhor que a média dos demais hotéis e locais na Itália. Ar condicionado gela bem o quarto, diferentemente de outros locais que ficamos

Exellent vacation with nice hosts

Franca and Antonio are great hosts, willing to help with everything. You want to lent a car, they manage it. You want to know what to see/go - they will tell you where local goes. Do you need beach umbrella - they borrow you they own. The vacation is much pleasureable if you have a helping hand from locals. Thanks Franca and Antonio. And also thank you Elisabeth (her grandchild) for exellent breakfest service.

Breakfest could be server an hour sooner - you can go and explore famous beaches before they are full.

Wonderful place! This hotel is beyond great, Franca, Antonio & their granddaughter are super friendly and you feel very welcomed at this place. The cleaning of the room was perfect! Highly recommend this place!:) They also offer glutenfree options for breakfast which was great!

Excellent attention, nice breakfast, comfy beds, good location to travel around the northern part of the island!

We loved the attention at Villa Piana, Franca Antonio and their granddaughter Elisabetta treated us as family and made breakfast a lovely Italian experience. Beds where super comfy and the location was good to travel around the northern area of the island

This place had the best Mamma Mia vibe.

This was the best stay we had in years! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, attentive and helping with every details form the morning coffee preferences to advice on best sights and directions for every day planning. To cite our 14 years old daughter, this place had the best Mamma Mia vibe.

We could not find anything to dislike here.

Non plus ultra.

It was a really nice and beautiful, well-equipped accomodation. When you stay here, you feel like at your own grandmother’s house. Franca, Francesca and Antonio try to do everything to your pleasent and happy holiday spending. This place is full of love, kindness and it is so familiar. We are so grateful to were their guest.

Excellent in all aspects.

Really great location near 2 beaches and lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a surf club very nearby with paddle boarding and kayaking too. The owners and staff are all so friendly and happy to help. We are so thankful to the hosts for how wonderful they made our stay. They were able to arrange car rental and transport to/from the airport easily. The breakfast was great every morning with a good selection. It was so nice to have breakfast made every morning and very cheaply!

We found it a bit tricky to get into Castlesardor without a car, but we may have just misunderstood the bus schedule!

It proved to be a brilliant bed and breakfast

The owners were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and kept on coming. It was an excellent place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We recommend without hesitation so go ahead and book it. Peter and Fran.

I felt home because of the owners Franca & Antonio. What a good feeling!

The owners/hosts that take care of you like you are family, it's a priceless feeling. Cleanliness.

I would have liked that my room (ground floor of the building) would have a window to let a bit more air and light in.

I highly recommend it

The accommodation is in a quiet area with a beautifully landscaped garden around the house. The location was strategic for moving around northern Sardinia. Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation. There are several restaurants in the area. The spacious, tastefully furnished room was comfortable, cleaned daily, had a fridge and access to the garden with a private terrace with table and chairs. Large and beautiful bathroom. The hostess was very kind and caring, we felt welcome, there were also two cute white poodles. Breakfast was very plentiful, everything was enough. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Worth a stay!

We‘ve been welcomed so heartily from the elderly couple. You can feel and see that they love to host people from around the world. They speak italian, english and french and are happy to recommend some gorgeous places in the area. Very big thanks from us for this unbelievable comfortable bed and the super-power shower! Thanks for having us, really worth a stay!

Outstanding hospitality

Everyone was so friendly and gracious here. We loved the early check-in available and our room had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom was very nicely redone, spacious and had a wonderful shower. It was a short walk to a few restaurants, mini market and beach access, but you’ll need a car to get into Castelsardo Old Town. Breakfast was excellent and the property grounds are very well maintained. The WiFi worked well.

Our own internal joke was that the room key must have weighed two pounds! But seriously, everything was great for our stay. We loved it.

Tiny room, just large enough for a very uncomfortable bed with horrible sheets.
