Dreamy Villa: comfort, silence, amazing host

This place exceeded all my expectations, it is paradise! The bedroom was very wide and well lit, the bed was comfortable, clean and fresh. All the needed utilities were provided (even more than expected), such as shampoo, hair dryer, shower gel, beach towels, etc... The house is located in a very quiet place, although there are nearby restaurants :) it's the perfect combination. The cherry on top: MARA! Mara is an amazing host, she gave us all the tips about Sardegna, suggestions of places to eat, beaches to go,... She is very kind and very helpful, it was a real delight to be hosted by her. Mara, it was a pleasure to meet you, I hope we'll see each other again (and soon eheheh)

Wonderful place to relax.

Beautiful place. The room looks like it is brand new. Great location. Minutes from the beach. Great restaurants. Minutes from Cagliari. The host was very accommodating. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

Great rooms, very helpful and friendly host Mara :)

Mara was a great host. She was super friendly to us from the beginning to the end. The rooms are also well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was also really good and all made by here. She gave us also some good tips to go around, nice beaches, restaurants. All in all a perfect stay - Thank you for all Mara!

A great place to relax and enjoy southern Sardinia

A beautiful quiet location but only a short drive to local beaches, restaurants and sights. The host Mara was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and a mine of useful information.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The area is very green and calm. Ideal to get away from the noise of everyday life. Mara is such a great host. Even if our formula didn't include the breakfast, she still provided us with things to eat. She also helped us to rent a car at a reasonable price, and recommended nice restaurants in the area.

we loved this cute B&B in a nice neighborhood. the room had everything you need. the host Mara is a very warmhearted and helpful person. she gave a lot of good advises which beaches and restaurants to go. for my birthday she cut roses from her garden.

Lovely cosy room with great host

Lovely decorated room on a beautiful property. Room is a bit small (we knew that) but is very clean and has everything you need! The host is really helpful and gave us lots of tips where to go. She also offered to help make reservations.

Everything. The host Mara, was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. She also gave me a bottle of wine and a rose from her garden for my birthday, makinh our stay evenmore special. The breakfast was very abundant and delicious. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

5 star B&B ideal to visit Cagliari and Chia/Pula beaches

The room and the bathroom are big, new, clean and very well equiped with airco, TV, frigo bar... Breakfast was excellent with both sweet and salty options. The swimming pool was big and clean. A real treat.

Mara was very attentive, breakfast was varied, great cappuccino and fresh fruit every day! The swimming pool was a plus when beaches were full. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable room and bathroom.

Lovely little B&B, good distance by car from restaurants, beaches and Cagliari. 20min Drive from the Airport, therefore a great place to start your vacation in Sardinia.

Nothing peculiar. It is a very small, familiar B&B (max. 3 rooms), therefore it can’t be compared to larger hotels with extensive facilities. For what it is & costs, this is an amazing B&B with very gracious hosts.

Perfect stay

Mara was a wonderful host, she prepared everything so carefully, made zs breakfast everyday, provided us with an umbrella for the beach and cooling packs which was super helpful🤗 the room was lovely and clean. Would recommend to anyone as it will be harder to find a more idillic stay 😎

You have to have a car because the b&b is located 20 min from Cagliari and somewhat 4 km from the nearest beach and if you want to explore, there is no other way.

House is nice and rooms are clean.

If you offer a pool to your guests it is incovenient that it is located in front of your host living room. That was the reason why it was open only for a limited time. It was closed early in the evening because the owners dogs (well behaved) were running around the yard. You could hear everything from the room next to you. Too many rules, closed off pool (with a chain) doesnt give a guest a relaxing vibe. I understand that the dogs cant be locked in a cage whole day, but you are offering an accomodation (with a pool). I dont like to see host reheating toast for my breakfast.

We really enjoyed staying here. Kind and caring host. Mara was making tasty breakfast for us. Pool area is wonderful, water in pool is clean and warm. Everything in house was clean and fresh. Appreciate the work what stands behind this family, they do they work perfect. Garden is super beautiful. Mara suggested places where to go and reserved restaurant for us, restaurant is near to house, just 5 min drive and it was worth it, good food, big portions and friendly prices. To this place better go with car, its located in the middle of nature. Thank you a lot!

Service, service and more service.

Mara is incredible with her service. A nice drink and some snacks to welcome us. Super clean room, everything we needed. Driving down from Cagliari the first time was odd. Lots of industry. We were wondering where would end up. But when you get there it’s like a mini resort. If you drive up from Pula you won’t notice it at all. It was an odd location, but we’d love to stay here again. Think mini resort!

We didn’t like the bed, but that’s very personal. We hardly ever like the beds anywhere. Don’t even like the bed at home.

The best hosts in Sardinia!

The location is exceptional! It is located in a tidy, safe neighborhood. The house is very tidy, the rooms are modern and clean. There is also a swimming pool and disinfection is provided everywhere. The owner made a great breakfast. Despite the COVID restrictions, they made us feel welcome. The owners speak English, so there were no communication problems, which was rare in Sardinia.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was comfortable and new, clean and nice, thank you!

The room was very clean and bright, everything was there! The bed was really comfortable and TV&Air conditioner were great extra to all the pluses. Would like to stay here again. The mornings in the beautiful and new swimming pool were perfect.

The pool hours could have been more flexible. The location of the property is not that easy to find.
