Location is perfect. Check in smooth and swift.
The room we stayed in was dated. Dirty balcony with a cup and cigarette butts in it spilt over in the corner. Beds made nice but dirty linens (marks on the sheets and light stains). Bathroom tile was awful and missing chunks of grout where mildew started to grow.

Luxe accommodatie midden in centrum, hier betaal je ook voor. Servicegericht personeel.
Kosten ontbijt nogal hoog.

Nothing. The wifi wouldn’t work had to ask 100 different times and be told 100 different wifi passwords and they never worked once we got into the room, my kids didn’t have wifi the entire time and I spent $200 extra on data for my phones because they’re kids and want to have their phones.
I also was kicked out of my room by housekeeping even blocked off by entering my room by the cleaning cart even after I said we needed to eat breakfast in there and get ready and change my daughters diaper that was full of shit and the housekeeping lady didn’t care and made us all wait outside to touch all my things even after I asked her not too, literally touched every item I had and moved it to a different spot. I am not impressed and I didn’t pay a bunch of money for my room and items to be rifled through. She was absolutely ignorant towards me and my kids and my wants and needs at that time. She’s lucky I didn’t lose my mind because I wanted too. It’s a common sense thing if someone doesn’t want you in their room, you should probably listen to the paying guest. She doesn’t have priority over me. I didn’t ask for housekeeping. I left my room to get breakfast and she waited til we left to enter my room.

The room was large, the location was great and the fitness facility was really nice.
Extremely unfriendly staff, poor in-room amenities (no fridge, bad coffee, no water, zero materials about the hotel or the city). Way overpriced even for a big city hotel.

The location and price for the accommodations was good, and the staff was amazing.
There was trash on the roof below us, there was a vent with many missing flaps on the wall, the water pressure and quality of the shower was poor at best.
3.6
We loved the pool, whirlpool and gym space at deck 27.
The food on premise was good, too, if not a little expensive. There are many better/better value restaurants nearby.

Aside from the bed and bedding, nothing.
The room was not a place I could relax and be comfortable. The couch was something from the 1960s and the tv size and functionality was so bad it was pointless to even have it in the room. I watched movies on my phone instead.

L’emplacement est idéal. Literie très confortable, le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible. Chambre très spacieuse avec une jolie vue.
La chambre donnait sur un immeuble en travaux, donc des bruits tot le matin.

My recent stay at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, there was no air conditioning in the room, and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, their excuse was utterly unsatisfactory. The lady at the front desk told me, "Oh, it's an older building, so the air conditioning takes a while to kick in!" Two nights later, there was still no relief from the heat, making for uncomfortable nights.
Adding to the ordeal, I discovered that I was double charged for my booking. When I pointed out this billing error, it was met with incompetence and indifference from the staff. To top it all off, in the middle of the night at 1 am, the same lady at the front desk kept me waiting for nearly an hour, claiming, "Oh, I can't find your reservation," even though I had spoken to someone earlier, provided my confirmation number, and explained that my flight had been delayed.
As if that wasn't enough, the hotel's WiFi was abysmal. This was a work trip, and reliable internet access was crucial. However, the hotel's WiFi was so unreliable that I had to resort to tethering from my personal device for three hours just to get some work done. My overall experience at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto was a disastrous one, and I strongly advise against staying there, especially for business travelers in need of functioning amenities.

Breakfast was good. I paid for it because it was not included on the rate I paid for, but it was quite decent.
I think it might be a little understaffed
And yet the staff I dealt with was nice.
3.6
Very run down. Needs a total remodel, for the price paid it was not worth the stay. Beds so uncomfortable, as well as pillows.
3.6
Staff was very polite and courteous
Room was not clean properly and I had them come in every day for a week I was there and never clean the areas that was extremely dusty and coffee area had coffee stuck to the table that was there when I checked in until I left.

Very surprised when I walked into the lobby. A lot bigger hotel than I was expecting. Room was somewhat small, but comfy and clean. Nice to have the self-serve cafe as an option to eating in the restaurant or having to order the breakfast buffet.
Nothing really. TV was smaller than most hotels offer; however, definitely not a show stopper. Will definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

Location was great!
Very dated. Rooms need to be remodeled. There were stains on the curtains and towels.
3.6
Excelente Cafe da manhã. Custo do hotel é acima de minha expectativa. As diárias podiam reduzir.
3.6
Good location
Wifi in my room didn’t work and I was there strictly for work and had to use all the data on my phone for my meetings and tech support never called me back to ‘fix’ the problem
Heater / fan did not work in my room
No mini fridge in my room
Window was left open in my room and it reeked of cigarette smoke
Called for maintenance for the heat and 3 hours later they came
No food served between 2-5 anywhere, not even a cafe
No room service at all
No water in my room
Hotel doesn’t let food delivery to come upstairs
Breakfast Buffet had next to no vegan options
Extremely busy and very touristy
Would never visit this hotel again. Ive never paid so much for a hotel and had such an awful experience.

Room was clean.
The price of the room.
3.6
Location in Downtown is great and staff are very friendly and helpful.
No value for money! An extremely high price for a hotel which had already seen its best years 10 years ago and is in a condition which should really be renovated, even if rooms were sold for a fraction of the price!
3.6
The location was close walking distance to most of our planned destinations
The AC in our room would not stay on consistently, making our room fairly warm in the summer. We ran out of water at one point in the middle of the night, the hotel parking was only for cars with 5'5" clearance so we couldn't park our small truck there, our first night we had a fire alarm going for literally 5 hours
3.6
The am buffet for breakfast
Clean rook. Informative and polite staff throught the hotel.
The bathroom was a little to small. Would have like shower doors over curtains. There were NO safety rails in the shower area to hols on to if you were a senior or not. Had to be extremely careful while on the shower.
3.6
The main floor is beautiful. There are lots of amenities and the food court is excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Nothing on the fault of the hotel, but booking.com listed it as 4 blocks from the convention center and it's more like 28 blocks, which is a 35 minute walk in one direction. I have 2 knee reconstructions and my spine fused so walking that far for 5 days, on top of the walking throughout the day is hard on me. Had I known it was this far, I wouldn’t have stayed here. The room is very small for the price, but for one person it was a fine size. The bathroom was slightly dated, but nice enough.
